THIEVES do not come here they will find a way to keep your deposit!!! We came in late to check in, got there at 8 pm, went to bed and left by checkout as we were there to visit a family member coming from out of town, they tried charging is another 50 right after check out, told us our deposit would be returned in 10 days. We call ten days later, they're keeping it because we had pets... Told them to check their cameras and they "only go back 7 days" and would not give us any reason except an odor that they couldn't tell me what it smelled like and pets, i had literally just showered before i lwft so unless the odor was by body wash theyre lookong for reasons to keep out r money, fifty dollars may not seem alot but in this economy I need my money ran back to me, miss Katelyn with your rude personality I pray you have the day you deserve and STOP scamming people as I have boarding proof for my animals that weekend and a witness that dropped us off at said hotel that can state there was not a pet in sight I believe said comment down below is filled with enough manure you can fertilize a field... I will stand hand on the Bible in God's house and tell you there was no animals. But that being said, you charged that animal fee the same day we checked out, you didn't think to check cameras then?? No, thinking we wouldn't notice $50 missing you just stayed silent and told us ten business days when we asked about the deposit coming back. Youre whole housekeeper watched us vape on the balcony waiting for our ride, door WIDE OPEN no animal in sight. Scammers, liars and...
Read moreI checked into the Quality Inn around 5pm on February 5th, 2016. While laying down to go to sleep around midnight, I noticed some movement in a Kleenex on the side table of the bed. I went to pick up the Kleenex, and a roach came running out from under it. Since that side table was less than a foot away from where I was laying down, I was completely disgusted and paranoid about roaches being in the bed, my luggage, my hair, etc. I was also completely shocked that I paid almost $90 for a room to have roaches crawling around in it. At that point, I called the front desk to notify them of the roaches in the room, and she offered to put me in another room. This was fine and appreciated, but I had to pack up all of my belongings, get dressed, and drive around the other side of the building for my new room after midnight in 30 degree weather because of this facility's lack of cleanliness. And also before I left my room, I went to grab the hotel key off the table, and more roaches were there. Even after I got into my new room, I had difficulty sleeping because I wasn't confident that roaches weren't also infested in it as well. I have another business trip planned in March for this same area, and I have gone back and forth as to whether I will even stay at this hotel again because of this awful experience, which is disappointing to me since I am a Choice Hotel member...
Read moreAs noted in the survey, I had made my reservation online using my Choice Priviledges number. However, I did not catch that the room I had reserved was a "Smoking" room. When we checked in, it was immediately recognized along with numerous flies in the room. I knew that the reservation was non-cancellable and non-refundable but was unaware that is was not transferrable to another room. Once we realized the smoking issue, I returned to the front desk and explained the situation. The "receptionist", Shaina, was very polite but said that there was nothing that she could do. She did offer to go to the room and "treat" it with a fogger of some type to help alleviate the cigarette smell. I accepted her offer and we left, heading on to our appointment that was the reason for our travel (our daughter will be attending college in Siloam Springs and we were getting registered for fall classes which will have us back in town regularly for visits). When we returned approximately three hours later, nothing had been done to our room, which Shaina confirmed when I spoke to her about it. Since no rooms were available at any of the other hotels, I paid for a non-smoking room for two nights. Unless reimbursement of some type can be arranged, we have stayed the last time at that establishment and possible at Choice...
