Georgia Poultry Equipment Co. — Local services in Siloam Springs

This place could be so great...but things have gone in the wrong direction since Donna left! When it was Richard and Donna you could count on friendly customer svc., now that she's gone it seems that Richard is the only person left with a clue. Basically, I don't care if they know their product, I care if they are able to look it up quickly, either find it in there store or tell me how quick they can get it in, seems that Richard is the only one left that will do that, the others have absolutely no customer service skills, seem way too often too busy to help, if I'm calling in or walking in, I don't care if your doing inventory or putting out stock, I really want to get my product bought or ordered. Just as bad or worse is when they say they are too busy to help you when you call in, they say they will call you back...don't bet on it, odds are they won't. Get some people in that are tied to the P&L of the store, and them sales targets, even the counter people, they just might set up. Until then its down to QC...

I’ve done business with ALL the poultry supply business in the area and I can say without a doubt Georgia Poultry in Siloam Springs is the Best around. Richard, Karen, and Karla are the most knowledgeable, friendly and honest people in the area that will steer you in the right direction.
