Okay. I’m not really sure about this place. Has three or four names associated with it. Apparently it’s under new management. Google has two different listing under two different names with the same pictures as does booking.com. Located behind a Dunkin well looks to be attached to Dunkin. Check in the room around 10:30 at night to find that it had a bar playing music. Not what I needed my 13 year old to see upon entry to the front desk. Hotel is out dated by 15 years. Payed almost 100$ a night for a 45$ a night room. We did not feel safe at this location. Upon parking in the parking lot all you smelled was weed. The entry doors to the inside where our room was located felt like it could be pulled hard enough to open. You do have to use a key to gain entry. They do offer conference rooms, as well as a pool ( you could smell the chlorine in the hallway It was so strong) and a gym. Now the rooms. Didn’t see any bugs. Sheets were cleaned. Bed felt old and not comfortable at all. Stuff was broken (lamp shades, ac/heat controller, outlets on the lamps.) The tv was very outdated early 2000s model. Fridge and microwave did work. Shower and bathroom were cleaned. Nice hot water. The main room door could use more updated security. The door did not shut tight. One good hard kick probably would knock the slide bolt of the wood. Hotel is located almost near the welcome center. I understand this hotel might be under new management but these upgrades need to be done now if you want repeat customers.

Called ahead to find out if we could check in before the agreed-upon check-in time first we were told they had to check to see if the room would be ready once they said it was they said they would be a fee of a dollar per hour which we agreed to upon arrival we checked in and Winter room as we walked down the hallway. There were many rooms that were opened where beds were vertical and not occupied the hallway smelt of mold and mildew upon entering our room. There was mold and mildew seeping from the second floor down into our first floor with black active mold on our ceiling in the bathtub there were spiders and this is what they called cleaned and ready to go. Went back up to the front desk tall down as a disabled veteran. This was not acceptable and then I wanted a full refund. They said that hotels.com had to contact them and then they would approve it, and the lady said that the manager was not on the property but to have hotels.com. Call her with that we did exactly what she said within 60 minutes hotels.com and lower and behold the manager was on the property and the young lady was nowhere to be found. He refused to refund the and only would issue a refund of one night even though we never stayed in the room for a minute attached you'll see the photos of this disgusting sham. They call a motel that they're charging top dollar for do not patronize this place. They have no respect for our veterans or your health concerns.

BED BUGS. Do not go to this hotel! I checked in on 8/2/24 and instantly felt like this place was disgusting. While laying in bed on 8/2, I noticed I was getting itchy and woke up multiple times, but thought maybe I was overthinking. On the night on 8/3, I woke up again multiple times feeling itchy. After investigating and finding clear signs of bed bugs I reported it to the front desk. I was told I should have checked the entire room the first night and to call back in the morning to talk to the manager (I was being reasonable and asked for only one night refund since I didn’t report anything the first night, absurd that I even wanted just one night refund when it should automatically been a full refund). They refused to even refund me for one night. I went to a government website to confirm that it was bed bugs. Attached are the pictures, along with the description of bed bugs and also a shell of bed bugs that I found (brown table) and a picture of the shell from the internet to further confirm. This place is a scam/dirty and I WILL be reporting them to the health department and better business bureau. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!

If you're thinking about staying here, DON'T. There's NO breakfast included, no matter what all the travel sites say and it's absolutely FILTHY.||||Booked a deluxe room that included breakfast. Upon arriving, I was told they were doing renovations and that what I actually booked was a standard room and there would be no breakfast. W.T.F. I was told that I would be able to upgrade to a newer room on the Clarion side for $15/night. I go online and went to booking websites to see if they had updated the travel sites with these changes. NOPE!||||I understand a hotel going through renovations but what I don't understand is NOT vacuuming, not dusting, not wiping down, or having enough toilet paper in the rooms. Also, I asked for facial tissue and they told me the rooms weren't supposed to have them. The first room we were put in was probably a hangout for the construction workers because there were pretzels on the ground and food crumbs all over the furniture. The 2nd room we relocated to had a broken a/c unit that when off, it would click and make noises and turn on and off sporadically, the a/c didn't start acting up till 5am. And no, it's below 40 outside, I don't want to leave the fan on as I sleep. Moved to a 3rd room, this is the 4th room I've seen and they're getting progressively filthier. But at this point, I didn't care anymore, as long as I can get some sleep without clicking noises and a fan turning on and off.||||The last straw for me was that I was on day 3 of my stay and my room wasn't serviced at all this whole trip. I packed up my stuff and went to the front desk to check out early and try to get a refund for the remainder of my stay. Turns out my room was never put on the list to get cleaned. Then they couldn't find anyone staying in my room to be checked out. When she looked up my name, it turns out they moved me to the new side and tried to charge me $40 for it but no one notified me. Not a call to the room, not a paper slipped under the door...nothing. So, I got ready for my friend's wedding in the filthy room watching the maid cart get slowly closer and closer but I guess never to see my room.||||ps...Monique, the lady at the front desk, is very good at saying things are not her fault. I get it, but maybe you should note my complaints down for management? I can't be the only one, and if I am, I guess I'm a princess for expecting a "standard" room to not have 2 fridges, 1 broken and the other with food stains inside, have toilet paper, facial tissue, and toiletries, cobwebs, and furniture...

After reading the reviews I was skeptical about booking a room. So much so that we left home without having a room booked. Once we arrived in the area we decided to go check out the place. And see what it was like before booking. The parking lot had no cars. I thought this isn't a good sign. But entering the lobby we were greeted by a very nice young woman. The lobby was clean and smelled fine. We booked the room. We were in room 141. Everything was very clean. The bedding was freshly washed. The bathroom freshly scrubbed and clean. I couldn't believe what recent reviews had stated. Room had air conditioning that worked great. A microwave and fridge. Both were immaculate. Water for shower very hot. Water pressure great. And the family who runs this place are very kind. And are happy to help you with what you need. Reviews suggested the furniture was so old and broken down. I didn't find this to be true. Yes it's older but it's clean and usable. It serves the purpose. If you're expecting everything to be new and modern then your going to be paying a lot more. For under $100 a night this is a good place to stay. They have a restaurant and bar. A pool and some exercise equipment. I would definitely stay there again if in the area. A few reviews stated there was the smell of marijuana. I did smell it two different times. But that didn't have anything to do with management. They have notices and signage about not smoking both marijuana and cigarettes. Don't let the unfair reviews sway you away. You know that there are some people who cannot be made happy and complain about everything. Also within about 3 hours the parking lot was full. And stayed that way...
