Would NOT recommend! No hot water first morning of two night stay, dirty washcloth left in room from previous guest, flies in room upon initial entry, two oddly placed dehumidifiers active in room (not exactly sure why), poorly designed nozzles on sinks, quilts/heavy blankets on beds that are not washed/cleaned between stays, improper fresh-up service (requested, but only took out trash and did not make bed/remove towels), pathetic/non-existent breakfast, low quality coffee machine, extremely small lounge, non-lockable ground floor window in room, etc. Only pleasant thing to state is that front desk staff were friendly & helpful when needed. For upwards of $350+ a night, this inn, more like motel, is absolutely NOT worth it. Burlington definitely has a hotel/motel/temporary living quarters crisis, leading to outrageous pricing across the board, but for $350+ a night the southside inn is not worth it. I will not be staying here ever again in my life; you literally could not pay me to stay another night. Save yourself the trouble and...
Read moreI was here for 10 days for a USPS postal SSA training academy & I do not know why this place is a 3.9 rating on google. The staff is super friendly the rooms are clean. They change your towels & sheets every few days. It smells clean and comfortable.
I stayed in room 111 it is an outside room. Perfect for me. It has a small dorm size fridge (no freezer) & Microwave. I do suggest a small table to eat on or just sit if needed.
I brought my own fan only because I am used to sleeping with one on. Bathroom is small but doable. View is non existent but has a nice picture window of the parking lot. It has great darken curtains. One room like is bright one is an off white so that is good to.
There are tons of gas stations, stores a variety of restaurants right on this strip to choose from. They have a small coffee bar in the lobby with tea, coffee, fruit and yogurt with...
