They do not change the sheets between guests. This is disgusting and really unethical considering MRSA, and all the other contagious diseases going around. I have stayed here several times and the sheets were always full of hair, what looked like dead skin, light stains that hadn’t been washed yet, and other gunk. I guess if you don’t look closely you wouldn’t notice it…but it’s really gross once you realize any number of people could have slept in the same bedding before you.

Bath towels all look like they’ve been used to clean the floor at one point. I think they usually wash them at least although the last one I opened looked possibly already used.

The rooms are also generally filthy too and look like they never get deep cleaned other than obvious things like sweeping the floor and getting rid of dark spots in the toilet. It’s close to the highway so they get a lot of people who only stay for a few hours. Front desk people are pretty nice. Walls can be very thin. Seen several baby roaches. Mold in the shower and floors are filthy. Very low standards and not worth the money. Please don’t get me started! First of all we chose this place because they advertised a pool. There’s no pool on the property at all. Once we realized that Before we even walked into our room, we asked for a refund. They refused to refund us.. said we had to go through Expedia. I called Expedia and they informed me that they had to place me on hold while they called to verify that I hadn’t been booked in yet. While still standing in the office on hold their phone rang and I heard the man say that I was indeed already booked into my room and that there was mother further to speak about. Expedia came back on the line and said that they couldn’t refund me but since it was false advertisement that they’d send me to another location. I ended up paying more for after hour booking. Find and Dandy.. but when I handed they keys back to them and said I’d like to check out.. they told me in broken English “okay. Go. For customer service and cleanliness it wasn’t great :( . Front desk guy threw my Id through the security window slot. Then he had a problem with me booking an accessible room and made us change rooms. I told him when I booked the room online that was my only option. Then tried to say that was the only room left but then gave us another room. Mind you the parking lot was also extremely empty at 7PM. Got to my room it was nice at first glance till I tried to lock the door. Deadbolt doesn’t lock and my pretty large strong husband could not get the door to lock either. The AC sounded like someone broke the inside it was so loud hard to sleep. The shower had hair in it so I doubt it was cleaned, the shower faucet dripped and I assume there was a crack in the tub The sink was not clean either there was white stuff behind the faucet as well as the bed sheets. I don’t know that brown stain was on the main cover. But it wasn’t a trick of the light. Also the white sheets inbetween has a nice yellow stain on it too. Management and house keeping could do so...
