my family and I stayed here for 3 nights recently. My partner called the hotel the day before our check in to let them know we want to get the connecting rooms, on which they assured us that the rooms are available and put in under our names already. So the following day which we arrived at midnight (mind you that we checked in on the app) but since the digital key isn’t working We walked to the front desk asking for help only for us to find out that the other room in connecting rooms we requested wasn’t cleaned. And no housekeeper was available that night since they only work at day shift? We know mistakes happen but how come no one was checking or supervising if the assigned rooms were cleaned and ready for the people who’ll check in? But on the other hand, we are thankful to TEE. the front desk who was on duty that night, he did his very best to accommodate us. He did go above and beyond. he’s the only one who helped us out and we are really thankful for him. He was able to find another available connecting rooms for us. We’re also thankful for the staffs assigned during breakfast, really approachable and friendly. We’re just really disappointed about what happened in the rooms and how it smelled when we walked in. We just hope that this will be the last time it’ll happen. But overall we love our stay.

Then I noticed a label on the corner of the bathroom mirror that says they only clean up and replenish every other day. So, I might have to request something from the housekeeper lady. That made me remember an incident. When I was going to my room after checking in I met the housekeeper lady about 50 feet from each other, I smiled and she ignored me, I thought she didn’t see that. As we approached each other I said hi and she just looked at me without a slightest hint of a smile. No acknowledgment and didn’t say anything. I did not expect anything but that make you think whether she is a good worker. Low and behold, when I was ready to jump in bed, I Discover that is questionable that the sheets are clean. I did not complain. Luckily, I’m only staying here two nights. Hey for somebody else this may be totally fine and I can understand that. Lastly, parking is $27 a night. Free Wi-Fi is minimal if it actually works. I had to just use my own.

If you're interested in any Hotel it should be this one as they have so many amenities such as an out door BBQ grill, my bf cooked and we cleaned the grill. We didn't use the gym or the game room, the rooms are nice and the beds are really comfortable!! Which is a major plus in my book. The whole Hotel is something to look at😍. I have no complaints . Hotel staff are really friendly. They have restrooms for the guests and are really spotless!! I will try to upload some photos. Looking forward to breakfast , haven't tried that out yet. Thus far I have enjoyed my stay even though I am a local. It is better if you go to hotels.com and book a room save some money. It is 14.95 per day for parking as there really is no parking around here. The location is ideal: fast food gas stations and 711. Very convenient to get to 101 north and south. Very charming get - a-way.... 100.00 deposit, my room came with a full size refrigerator, works fantastic( some hotels do not have this option) a sink with dish soap as well as other detergents and a fully functional dishwasher!!!😎 . This hotel provides :Cups, plates, toaster, microwave, silverware, free coffee / teas anytime in the lobby. They will work with you and allow you to pick which floor you'd like to stay on. I booked this room for approximately 135.00+100.00 deposit, no cash for the deposit!! need debit card or credit card. This place is so fancy and so worth every single dollar. I'd recommend this hotel as apposed to the other hotels surrounding it. They also have boardrooms available not sure the cost inquire within, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER HOTEL IN THIS AREA!!! I PLAN TO COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! 😍❤️ Nice size tv comes in clear, the bathroom I have has no bathtub but the water in the shower is always hot no matter what time of day it is, not always the case with other places... Modern property in a convenient location but needs to improve customer service

I'm a Hilton Diamond (top tier) member and was in town for a leisure trip with family. While this is a modern facility in a convenient location, it needs to improve customer service and a few other things:

  1. We received 2 phone calls during the night, one at 3:30 and other at 4 am, and no one on the other end either time; why did the reception think it was ok to forward calls to disturb our sleep is beyond me. Unless it is an urgent matter, no calls should be forwarded to guest at time of the night.
  2. A staff member knocked at our door at 6:45 am even though the Do Not Disturb sign was posted on the outside.
  3. The A/C wasn't the best which is a shame as it is a new facility. It would just run very inconsistently and actually ran at best intervals when it was at Low.
  4. I checked in using the Hilton app and checked in again upon arriving around 9 PM and received a Parking Permit (it's paid parking only). Somehow, the Hotel staff checked us out the same night and it showed as a late canceled booking. The Hotel staff couldn't even find we stayed in the room we were assigned. Furthermore, they couldn't even generate a receipt from me. As a result, I wasn't given the lodging credit and the reward points. I called the Hotel 3-4 times (couldn't once get a hold of the Management as they either come in late in the morning or unavailable when they are there) and was promised twice the Hotel Management will get back to me but it is now over a week since the check out so I have no more hope of receiving a response. I had to contact Hilton Honors customer services 3 times (25-45 minutes each call) to explain the problem and have them finally give me the credit for lodging and reward points.

Pro Tip: don't expect a view or free/cheap parking; also, unplug the room phone so you don't get bothered by random...

If you’re expecting a Home2 experience, don’t get your hopes up.

I usually love staying at Home2 Suites for complimentary breakfast, sizable rooms, and excellent service. I can say that the breakfast here is always great, the rooms are good enough, but the front desk staff is absolutely awful. My wife and I spoke with 4 total front desk members, and 3 out of those were not kind or helpful at all. We inquired about the parking fee right when we arrived, and the woman there caught a lot of sass with us saying that the fee is listed on the site. She hasn’t smiled or been friendly or helpful since we’ve been here. The young man that we met that was working the desk at night was the same. Very short with me and overall rude. We asked for extra pillows since my wife is pregnant, and they wreaked of mildew and feces. Then when I explain how upsetting that was, I receive no apology or kindness, just attitude. There’s a sign that says something to the effect of “let us know if you’ve had a bad experience and we will gladly comp one night off your stay.” Well that sign is a joke. Every time our room is cleaned, they take the pillows away, and when I kindly asked the front desk woman just now why that is, she says “yes there supposed to take extra pillows. I really have no clue why. They’ll be up with your pillows after 9pm” she doesn’t even look me in the eyes. I have half a mind to get all of these peoples names and complain to Hilton, which I may still do, but I will be staying elsewhere next time. It affects how I feel about all Home2 Suites...
