If you're interested in any Hotel it should be this one as they have so many amenities such as an out door BBQ grill, my bf cooked and we cleaned the grill. We didn't use the gym or the game room, the rooms are nice and the beds are really comfortable!! Which is a major plus in my book. The whole Hotel is something to look at😍. I have no complaints . Hotel staff are really friendly. They have restrooms for the guests and are really spotless!! I will try to upload some photos. Looking forward to breakfast , haven't tried that out yet. Thus far I have enjoyed my stay even though I am a local. It is better if you go to hotels.com and book a room save some money. It is 14.95 per day for parking as there really is no parking around here. The location is ideal: fast food gas stations and 711. Very convenient to get to 101 north and south. Very charming get - a-way.... 100.00 deposit, my room came with a full size refrigerator, works fantastic( some hotels do not have this option) a sink with dish soap as well as other detergents and a fully functional dishwasher!!!😎 . This hotel provides :Cups, plates, toaster, microwave, silverware, free coffee / teas anytime in the lobby. They will work with you and allow you to pick which floor you'd like to stay on. I booked this room for approximately 135.00+100.00 deposit, no cash for the deposit!! need debit card or credit card. This place is so fancy and so worth every single dollar. I'd recommend this hotel as apposed to the other hotels surrounding it. They also have boardrooms available not sure the cost inquire within, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER HOTEL IN THIS AREA!!! I usually love staying at Home2 Suites for complimentary breakfast, sizable rooms, and excellent service. I can say that the breakfast here is always great, the rooms are good enough, but the front desk staff is absolutely awful. My wife and I spoke with 4 total front desk members, and 3 out of those were not kind or helpful at all. We inquired about the parking fee right when we arrived, and the woman there caught a lot of sass with us saying that the fee is listed on the site. She hasn’t smiled or been friendly or helpful since we’ve been here. The young man that we met that was working the desk at night was the same. Very short with me and overall rude. We asked for extra pillows since my wife is pregnant, and they wreaked of mildew and feces. Then when I explain how upsetting that was, I receive no apology or kindness, just attitude. There’s a sign that says something to the effect of “let us know if you’ve had a bad experience and we will gladly comp one night off your stay.” Well that sign is a joke. Every time our room is cleaned, they take the pillows away, and when I kindly asked the front desk woman just now why that is, she says “yes there supposed to take extra pillows. I really have no clue why. They’ll be up with your pillows after 9pm” she doesn’t even look me in the eyes. I have half a mind to get all of these peoples names and complain to Hilton, which I may still do, but I will be staying elsewhere next time. It affects how I feel about all Home2 Suites...
