We stayed twice in the last week. I want to start with saying the staff here is friendly and helpful. Two different people checked us in and they were both wonderful. They aren't the issue. It's nice they allow pets, too.||I'm shocked this place costs as much as it does. It is so dated and run down. When you pull up, the first thing you notice is peeling paint all around the windows, cracked and worn out cement and open doors to the lobby. It's not what I was expecting for a Marriott property at the +$200 price point in this area.||The first night we stayed, people were partying, drinking, smoking and carrying on in the courtyard until 10pm. Not a big deal, but definitely a little annoying. Our room faced directly into this area. It's the kind of thing that happens at extended stay hotels, so I didn't pay much attention to it. I actually looked out the window of our room to see a man urinating on the side of the hotel maybe 15 feet from me. This same partying happened the second time we stayed about a week later. Beer bottles left all over.||The rooms are spacious and what you'd expect from a Residence Inn. However, they've been used hard and not maintained well. ||The couches in both rooms we had were absolutely destroyed. Sunken in, trashy looking, amazingly uncomfortable. The kind of couch you see people sitting out and putting a "free" sign on. I suspect it's because they're pull out couches that have been pulled out hundreds of times in the last 10 years.||The second room we were in had food left under the bed with dog toys, sunscreen caps, etc. It clearly hadn't been looked at in ages. We know this because our dogs found it all... It also had stained carpet from what I hope was red wine and stained curtains with some sort of splatter. The bathroom doors didn't lock, and the faucets and toilet ran. That shower might still be running a little to this day because it never stopped when I got out. Fiddled with it for a few minutes, and no go, still running.||I accidentally turned on the garbage disposal (nice touch for a hotel!) when looking for a light switch. Man was that a mistake, the smell that came out of that thing was so foul. We ran some soap and water down and covered the drain with a towel for the evening. ||Our second room was toward the back of the building, so we were instructed to use a different door and park on the side near the back. No issue there, but the same cracked concrete and peeling paint. Since we had our dogs, we wanted to be closer to an exit so we could let them out. This exit had cigarette butts everywhere, and this is fun, shattered glass. It hadn't been cleaned up 12 hour later after we arrived, and I'd bet it's still there. The perfect thing for pets!||This hotel desperately needs maintenance and new furniture. Drive up the road to somewhere better for...

Very disappointing. I called the day before to check on the status of the swimming pool. We were told it was open. Upon arrival 16 hours later I was told at the pool was closed. Frustrating but understandable things happen. I asked the manager that due to the circumstances if he would consider giving us an upgrade to a two bedroom suite instead of a one bedroom suite. The manager, Sergio, was very gruff. He stated that he would not give me an upgrade. My wife and the kids went to the bedroom only to find that the toilet was filled to the top with water. Trying to just flush it once it started to overflow. I called the front desk three times with no answer. I finally walked down to the front desk to find a maintenance worker. I explained the situation and he came back to the room. He worked on the toilet for about 15 minutes to no avail. He told me that the manager will try to move me to another room and will be calling shortly. After about 10 minutes, the manager called and right out of the gate said he could not upgrade me to a two bedroom suite. I began to explain to him that’s not why I had him call but it was more to get us a different room because this one did not have a working toilet. He said he could move me into a studio room. I explained that I was not going to take a downgrade and I would’ve gone to another hotel if I wanted my wife and all the kids in one bedroom. He sent the janitor back and worked on the toilet for another 15 minutes. I contacted the manager and he told me he had no other rooms available. Yet, when I went on the bon voy app I was able to secure either a two bedroom suite or a one bedroom suite. This was the last straw and I went down to the front desk and told him I was leaving. My wife and I and the kids packed up all of our stuff and we left. I would not recommend this hotel. We have been to many resident ends and a been completely happy and satisfied. I think the condition of the hotel and the attitude of the manager was all it took for us to leave. Luckily, Marriott in general is very good to its customers. I spoke to Marriott representative and return my mileage for the new hotel that we stayed at. Overall I was pleased with Marriott management just not this particular hotel or it’s...

The gentlemen named Sergio, at the front desk, was a disgusting human being if I’ve ever met one. We will NEVER be coming to this hotel at all. They have lost our business for good and we often bring my daughter to this hotel for use of the pool. I will be letting all my friends and family know about our horrible experience. We got a suite room, that says on the website can occupy seven people. We got an additional room that fits four. We are a party of 8. It is my daughters birthday and we decided to have a birthday sleepover with a cake for her and her friends at school. A copy of the invitation, that let people know of the birthday sleepover unfortunately got into the hand of Sergio. He threatened to kick us all out because the invitation says “pool/sleepover party” in front of my daughter and her friends. They’re ten years old. He also threatened that if anyone shows up, and we can have two more people sleep here, they would be turned away and we would be asked to leave. He refused to give the copy of the invitation back and that he would be showing it to management. I’m confused as to what the issue is? We purchased two rooms and we have no more then the amount of people that can sleep in both rooms and each guest can use the pool. He said “only registered guests”. We are all guests. The look on my daughters face as he spewed venom our way was that of embarrassment and disappointment on her birthday. The misery he is going through in his private life, he has brought with him to work. I will NEVER be back again this hotel and you’ve lost our continued business....

2 bed / 2 bath ($425/night) was extremely dated. It doesn’t look like there was ever an update to this place. The walls are thin, you can hear the highway. The halls smell like ethnic food or garbage (maybe both). The exterior doors are always propped open. Both nights we stayed, we didn’t need a key card to get into hotel building, the doors were open about 1 inch to let people come and go…. And they do…. And this wasn’t just 1 door. Multiple doors are open. There seems to be a large population of people living here - possibly through a government program? Not sure. I know that this is a residence inn and long term renters are common - but the barefoot / tank top / nascar looking tailgater around the grill - is not the business renters I’m used to seeing when traveling for work. We stayed here for 2 reasons. #1 they accept dogs. #2 I’m only a couple nights away from Platinum Elite status. If given the choice - looking for larger rooms that accept pets - there is a Hilton right down the street. Otherwise, if you can get by on a smaller room / no dog and want Bonvoy - there is a much newer looking Courtyard down the street. This is not a Bonvoy property to be proud of. The staff I encountered was friendly. Also my wife mentioned people at the breakfast loading up milks and apple juices and whatever they could to leave with, and not it a way to bring back to room for kids, but as if it’s their meal plan until breakfast the next day…. It is what it is, we have just never experienced anything like this before… and won’t again…. And Oh yeah… the elevator doesn’t work…

I'm a business traveler. Over the last few years I've gotten used to stay in Residence inns all over the United States mostly for the convenience of having a kitchen. I've seen tens of Residence inn by Marriot and unfortunaly I have to say that this one specifically is the worse one I've ever been. The kitchen is stocked with almost nothing, there are just 2 dishes, some cutleries, a glass bowl, 1 pot and 1 cooking pan. A lot of things are missing compared to the standard supplies of all others Residence Inn I've been (No cutting board, strainer, the can opener also is missing). This would not be a big problem, it happened many times but usually anything I need is provided to me on request by the housekeepers. In this place when I asked for a cutting board and a can opener I was told that I had to go and buy by myself at the "Target" shop nearby because they do not supply those kind of things.... This makes no sense to me. There's only one person at the reception that struggle to keep up with all requests of the clients and she do her best but is clear that more staff would be needed. It seemed to me that the management of this place try to save as much as he can but this behavior leads to a visible lack of attention and customer service. This place does not follow at all the standards I've gotten used by the chain "Residence inn by Marriot".

We were traveling to bring a family member out here to move from Ohio, and we stayed at this hotel which wasn't far from where we moved the member into their new place. We stayed in a fully stocked room. It had plates, cups, pots and pans, utensils refrigerator and dishwasher. The only thing it didn't have was a coffee pot with the stuff to make coffee, not sure what happened to it and the only other complaints I have is the TV didn't work and we asked for help and someone came but there was no resolution to the problem, so I had to hotspot my tablet to watch stuff. The couch in the room is hard as a rock 🪨. It was uncomfortable. The bed had 4 pillows which was great because 4 pillows is quite enough to realize what works for you. After taking a shower the first night there the spigot from the shower dripped all night long, so we put a towel to minimize the sound. The breakfast was the bees knees, I was happy to know that you can take it back up to the room with you and they had oat milk for those of you with dairy allergies/intolerances. (I'm the crazy lady from Saturday night, so if you're the lady from the front desk Saturday night, thank you for asking if I was okay 💜).
