I was looking for a hotel that had two things. I needed a pool and breakfast. The pool is 3 feet moving to 4 feet. Before I let anyone go in, I found a net and went around the pool twice to get the bugs out. It is okay for young kids. The second thing I needed was breakfast. They had: little muffins, bread, cereal, milk, coffee, tea bags, hot water, packs of Walmart brand yogurt, biscuits n gravy, waffle machine, orange juice, apple juce. The biscuits n gravy was beyond gross. I had a bite and regreted putting in my mouth, it wasn't inedible. The waffle maker was gross. I had to dig the previous person's waffle out of it with a plastic knife. Yup it melted. There was not any nonstick spary for it. I opened all the cabinets until I found some chemical with a picture of a waffle on it. I used that to fill the air with a bad chemical smell. I had hungry humans so used it anyway. There was NOTHING to use to get it out. I had a plastic knife. I then understood why the person before me waffle was still in it previously. I used the Walmart brand bottle of syrup on it. My kid took one bite and refused to eat any more. Something not right, it's yuck was what I was told. Huge bust! The room was nice size with a microwave and small refrigerator. We had to plug in the light behind the dresser/ tv stand. The drows to the dresser were broken. Definitely would not let my kids use it. The tv had a kids station, NOT Disney, life savor for parents. It has a sports station that made my husband happy. It had basic cable. The BEST thing by far was the beds. Everyone slept good. Very comfortable! My toddler backed up the toilet. It was nothing out of the normal on the poop side. They gave us a plunger to get it working again. Thank goodness a boy or man did not have a #2 in it. When I signed us in there was one sheet that needed initials on not smoking in the rooms or property. The room smelt nice and the ac got cold. I got my dress out only to find out the strap came out. The lady at the desk gave me a sewing kit. That saved me from wearing jeans to a furnal. It is close to the highway, like walking distance. It was quiet. The staff were nice and personable. Was it worth the 99 bucks for a night booked online. Not positive on that. It gets the job done but not if the two things you needed were bla at best. The kicker is it could be amazing with a few cheap things.

We stayed at this Days Inn from Monday through Thursday. We arrived about an hour before the standard check-in time and were allowed to check in early—but only after paying an additional $20 fee. The room was already clean and ready, so it was unclear why the extra charge was necessary. The room itself was very basic—dark, dated, and in need of some updates. It did include a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (the craft did not go with the maker and was so small I had to hold it up in order for any coffee to pour out), which were useful. Only a couple of towels were provided, but the front desk was quick to bring more when we asked. We experienced ongoing issues with our keycards throughout the stay. They stopped working multiple times, requiring us to return to the front desk for reprogramming. The staff told us not to keep the cards near our phones, as that would cause them to deactivate. While the staff was polite and helpful each time, it highlights how outdated the hotel’s keycard system is, since more modern systems don’t have this issue. The breakfast was underwhelming. A small spread of muffins, bread, cereal, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, a waffle maker, and basic coffee and juice was offered. It was minimal and not very appealing overall. The outdoor pool looked like more of an afterthought than a real amenity. The corners had visible buildup, and the water level was maintained by a hose connected to an automated float system. It gave the impression that the pool hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained for some time. I’ve also added a picture of our room’s window at night with the curtain closed. There was quite a bit of light that still came in. That said, the location is a plus—tucked behind a Price Cutter grocery store, right next to an AMC theater, and close to McDonald’s and other restaurants. The parking lot had plenty of space and was well lit at night. The staff was consistently kind and courteous, which we appreciated, but the property itself shows its age. Between the dated rooms, weak breakfast, and keycard issues, it feels like this location could benefit from some much-needed updates. It served our needs for a short stay, but it’s not somewhere we’d be eager to return to unless improvements are made.

1970's live-in lodging museum. It's not the Smithsonian, not an antique store, it's a nostalgic Days Inn. You're the star of Quantum Leap, but you can't put things right that once went wrong. Creaky floors. Very very dated property. Dilapidation abounds here. NO elevator. No need for a colorful handlink to know what's going on next door...all you need is your ears to hear something you may regret. Admiral Calavicci has way too much style to appear here, even as a hologram, so he's out. You're on your own. Dangerous trip hazards all over the property, including a ladder just laying out in the grass for anyone to trip over, and a drain pipe right over the sidewalk to trip over and then sue the owner's tail right off. If you do, get the lawyer to fight for monetary compensation, instead of owning the place. You wouldn't want it. No iron/board? K... Your room won't stink, but it will just have a slight smell of "old." Breakfast consists of sugar. Just sugar. Deal with it. No desk, chair to do any business. No accommodation to plug anything in. Everything about the place is dated. The only thing that looks close to an effort to modernize is the first generation 2006-era 32" TV with the mile-wide bezels. Historic. Cable is analog and poor quality, freezes often, interrupting your news or movie. Stains on the not-so-elegant 1970s wallpaper in the hallways, amidst the peeling, and flaking. Has anyone told them that nobody likes wallpaper anymore? But if it really has to be wallpaper... people don't like stained and peeling wallpaper. You'd think the owner would be embarrassed to leave it to be photographed and featured on online reviews, and take some pride and invest in this dump. But then some people go out in public without deodorant, so... I guess it's a free market. What a nozzle. Very noisy outside, immature people revving their trucks all the time. Days Inn: "What the truck?" Potential guests: if you stay here... "Oh Boy!"

I would give zero stars that was an option! We checked in around eleven pm after driving all day and was just exhausted. The clerk that checked us in told us to drive around back and we could us the back door since it was closer to our room. We did as he requested and door wouldn't open so we walked back to the front and went to our room to find out the card didn't work there as well. Went back to the front desk clerk and he was like oh it wasn't activated so he did it. Once in the room sheets were stained, paint was chipping off the walls, floor not vacuumed, and to top it off toilet would not flush. We notified the front desk in which he attempted to hand my boyfriend a plunger. He said no we did not break it nor would we try to fix it we paid about $85 to stay there and wasn't our problem to fix. The front desk clerk came down and attempted to flush the toilet and said oh it just a slow drain it's fine. When I expressed that it wasn't a slow drain he attempted to plunge it after leaving for 20 minutes to make a call. Than he says well I can't get it what would you like to do? Both of us were astonished and said we would like a different room. The front desk clerk was SHOCKED that we would requested a different room. Now it's been over an hour since we arrived and his supervisor finally called him back and spoke loud enough that we could hear him and even he sounded just astonished that we were now demanding a room with a working toilet! He finally agreed after the clerk had assured him that he himself had tried to plunge the toilet that we could switch rooms. The new room was just as bad as the 1st room but had working plumbing. The mattress was hard, pillows were horrible and blankets were rough. Breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, bananas, toast, and muffins. Check out time was at 11 am and housekeeping came knocked and opened the door at just before 10 am. When I told the housekeeper it wasnt even 10 am and check out was at 11 she walked about without a word. When I expressed my concern with the new front desk clerk she didn't offer and apology just said I will be emailed my receipt. 100% do not recommend this hotel not only is it run down and dirty they don't care if you get running plumbing!

Replying to management- The front desk clerk attempted to have my boyfriend fix the issue, only after he refused multiple times and took 20 minutes to make a phone call before he even attempted to plunge the toilet. The clerk tried to say it was fine just a slow drain when the toilet paper was still floating in the toilet. THAN when he couldn't fix the issue said and I quote "What would you like me to do" when we requested a different room it wasn't until he spoke with someone on the phone that we were allowed to switch rooms it had been over an hour at this point, how you can say that he promptly handled our issue is a BOLD FACE LIE! I've now read through all the horrible reviews and I'm not the only person that complained about the mattress, pillows, and everything being outdated. All your replies are generic at best, lack any kind of empathy, and honestly you just don't care as long as you make your money! It honest disgusts me and I wouldn't stay in your disgusting hotel again even if it was...

I used to live in Springfield, I live in Kansas City now and came to visit for the week. My ID still has my Springfield address. I booked a room thru a 3rd party site paid in full in advance. Upon arrival the lady said I'd need a $150.00 cash deposit, no mention of that was made at the booking, so I went to the ATM and gave her the funds. Went and ate and about 2 hours later I realised I didnt get a receipt for the cash deposit, so I went to the desk and asked for a receipt.

The "receipt" she gave me was a copy of the check in agreement about house keeping with a hand written amount of $100.00, I didnt catch that at first but did walking back to my room, so i went back to get that corrected to the $150.00 I gave her. When i got to the front desk another couple was checking in from Idaho, but she said the computer said Bangkok. They were not charged any cash deposit. So when it was my turn I asked why they weren't charged a cash deposit but I was.... She said because they had a credit card on file. I asked why I wasn't offered to use a credit card for the deposit, or why I was charged a deposit at all if they weren't. She said its because I'm local. But I'm not local, I reside in KC. I told her Im a Wynn reward member, and I've never had anything like this done to me before.

She corrected the amount written on the envelope to $150.00, wrote over the $100.00 changing it to $150.00 on my photocopy, but was reluctant to change it on her original copy which I found off but she finally did change it to $150.00.

I feel discriminated against, slighted and offended. Ive stayed in countless wynn brand hotels and never experienced anything like this. If I hadn't already paid thru the 3rd party site I would have got my money back and went elsewhere. But theres no refund policy on this stay thru the website day of check in.

Im not happy, I am not recommending this hotel unless they rectify this.

Another thing that offended me was upon check in, the lady said they dont allow coming and going after 10pm.... I wasnt planning on it, but I didnt appreciate feeling like I was singled out or the implication of the statement. Ive stayed at countless hotels for work and pleasure travel, they could've checked my Wynnrewards to see if I'd ever had anything in my file, I guarantee I do not. Then halfway through my stay the ppl they moved in nextdoor was talking on their phone so loud I couldnt hear my tv... I complained, management spoke to him, then a few minutes later he was shirtless in the hall on speakerphone so loud I could hear him over the TV while standing by the window. Management quieted him down, but then at 3am he woke the girlfriend up slamming the door repeatedly.

My point is, they weren't policing it, I had to contact them... Did they charge that guy $150 cash deposit??? I doubt it.

The entire stay I felt offended by the check-in incident, lack of willingness to do anything about it, and then that..

The term "Hotel Guest", is more than words, its actions, its the vibe, its the conditions, its...
