I debated if I should post this or not but I always want to see a business succeed and if no one gives honest feedback they can never improve so here we go. The restaurant was clean and the decor was nice, however, the food was only so so and the service could have been better. My wife and I ordered some crispy spring rolls as an appetizer. My wife asked for them by their name "crispy spring rolls" and even pointed to the menu to the actual item when ordering. Since this is a Thai restaurant I asked for some fish sauce for the spring rolls. The waiter looked at me as if he did not know what I was talking about. I have been to plenty of Thai places and even if fish sauce is not on the condiment list, they seem to always have it as it's a common ingredient. Anyhow the waiter had no idea what I was talking about..so ok, no big deal, but I did ask if he could ask the kitchen if they had any. He ended up just walking away. Never heard about it again. Springrolls came to table and our crispy spring rolls ended being the fresh springrolls. We both politely told the waiter we ordered the crispy ones and he said, sorry but you ordered these and I have already brought them so I have to charge you for them. He then said most people when they order springrolls they say "Crispy". Our jaws dropped a little and my wife began to say something but I cut her off and smiled and told the waiter, "OK, no big deal, we will pay for them" as the waiter seemed to be in a bad mood at this point (likely still confused about fish sauce request) and I was a little concerned about retribution as it already seemed like we were off on the wrong foot with him. I ordered the volcano shrimp with carrots and cabbage. It comes with a side of fried rice. When it came to the table I saw the shrimp were the breaded kind, like the frozen prebreaded ones you get when you order fried shrimp at Lamberts. We did get the crispy springrolls and they were only Ok. The sauce for the shrimp was a Thia sweet chili sauce that unfortunately lacked taste and seemed like it came from a bottle off the grocery store shelf. The fried rice was the kind you typically find on a cheap Chinese buffet. It was rice but definitely not fried, it had no taste and was gummy. It seemed to have been steamed and had never seen a wok. Yuck. When we were done, the waiter did not bother to bring a ticket or come to our table to check on us. I waited for a good while and ended up going up to the counter to pay. I saw no other customer's doing this but can not be certain if this was normal or not. Sorry Thai Palace but we won't be coming back. I hope this helps you in improving both your service and food.

Imagine you are going to a family members house. They are known for not being able to cook. They decide they will make thai food for the first time, and its inedible. They decide to still serve the inedible food to their guests. This is how we would describe this restaurant. They have no business being in a restaurant business. The Pad Thai was a mushy noodle dish with the flavor of noodle water and a Mccormick type packet seasoning. The Vegetable stir fry was a perfect blend of a green giant type FROZEN mix with a watery flavorless base. The complimentary chicken rice soup... served with a teaspoon was the perfect blend of tap water and rice WITHOUT the seasoning, garlic, cilantro flavor. Our tea and water tasted like bleach. We did not eat the food. We would not recommend anyone eating the food. Instead of apologizing and ending this dreadful lunch, the server asked for feedback and then proceeded to argue with us about the authenticity of the soup. We gladly paid the bill and left. Left the establishment and the food on the table. Time will tell.... Terrible customer service Terrible food Terrible experience

We had seen this little place a few times and finally tried it for lunch. We are more than pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is relaxed, lots of textures and colors and a nice feeling overall. Our waitress was so super sweet, attentive, kind and happy 😊. Now, the food..sooooo good! We were so stuffed! Excellent flavors, great portions, zero complaints. You can cut the steak with a fork and the veggies underneath still have just the right little snap to them. We will definitely be back, with family joining 😊

I was really looking forward to trying this place because of all of the good reviews. My experience was so disappointing. We arrived shortly after they opened for lunch. There was 1 other person dining in. We were seated quickly and the server took our order shortly after. We ordered fresh spring rolls and a couple of noodle/curry dishes. After about 15 minutes I see the server walk out of the kitchen with what I thought were our spring rolls, she walked past us and served the the other gentleman. No big deal, he arrived before us anyway, so it made sense, they looked delicious. Ten minutes later I over hear the server talking with the kitchen after the cook rang the bell to notify that an order was ready. Their conversation consisted of "these rolls were already made" The server clearly made a mistake and rang in crispy egg rolls. Shortly after overhearing that scenario, the server comes to our table and tells us there was a "mishap" with the kitchen and they "don't have our spring rolls, and they can't make them because they just ran out of rice paper" My fiancee says we will take the fried rolls instead, which were rolled in rice paper and deep fried. Long story short, admit to making a mistake and give your customers what they want. I truly believe that cook and /or owner was going to make the server pay for her mistake if we didn't settle for the wrong order. This is just bad business in many ways. Shortly after we got the rolls, the server brings us out a couple of cups of chicken soup I guess as an I'm sorry...the main dishes were ok. Due to the shadiness of the experience, I will not be returning. I will gladly spend...

We spent 65.00 on food for my family, it was the worst food! On top of that the co owner, argued with me over,a refund for the un eaten meals. They claim its hibachi, chicken it looked boiled. They brought out the sauce to say it was the same,it was a different color and a different consistency. There excuse was oh it must not have cooked long enough admitting it was not cooked on a grill which they claim it was.I have had these same dishes before and it was not the same. I was even synthetic because of the cost of things but he continued to say that since he cooked it he knew it was good. When a customer says something is wrong make it right! You are a business that relys on good customer service and good food which you won't get.If you order anything outside of Cashew chicken or sweet and sour, which every one can make here they are fine, but the rest is so basic and bland, not properly cooked. I don't know who the other co owner is but i asked to speak to them also! They only refunded my money without the taxes I paid, when other customers came in. Good luck with this place! I try not to give bad reviews but this was unacceptable...
