Pasta Express — Restaurant in Springfield

I went here in anticipation of getting the seafood fettuccine. When placing our= order, the manager asked my husband if he wanted tomato and cheese on his salad. He said no tomato. I was asked if I wanted cheese, and said yes. (She didn't ask me about tomato). We were brought 2 bowls of iceberg lettuce with red onions and one of the bowls had cheese. There was so much dressing on it I couldn't taste the onions. This was marinaded lettuce now salad. When our entrees arrived, my husband's had so much 'cheese dirt' on it you couldn't taste anything else. He ate the manicotti and left the rest on the plate. My seafood fettuccine had less than 1 stick of imitation crab stick and 3 shrimp on it. There was more mushroom slices than seafood on the dish. It tasted like mushroom fettuccine with a shrimp garnish. When we were getting up to leave and she asked how our meal was my husband told her it was bad. He started explaining what was wrong with his dish and she looked at him and said "Oh, you were serious." She didn't believe he was complaining because he wasn't yelling or making a scene. He simply told her we wouldn't be back. As we were walking away she loudly called after us to enjoy the rest of our day... everyone sitting...

I was excited to eat here as it was the first time I have order here. We went through the drive through and i ordered the seafood pasta. She repeated the order back to us as fettuccini alfredo. I was on passenger side and tried to tell her seafood fettuccini. I was not sure if she could hear me so i had they driver say that was a seafood fettuccini. Which she replied yeah is that all. Obviously annoyed at us repeating seafood fettuccini. The driver then ordered his food. When we got home i opened my pasta to realize it was regular fettuccini alfredo. So not only did she get an attitude with us over us trying to correct the order she still didn't give us what we ordered. Very poor service! And still didn't get what i wanted will not be going back. Pasta Express managed to disappoint me with every turn. The prices were FAR too high for the positively miniscule portions (the kids pastas were in a 1-cup styrofoam cup, which were only half full?? Are you kidding? So only 1/2 cup of food with no sides, seriously?), the food was so bland, the bread tasted like literally nothing, the lettuce on the salads was wilted beyond recognition, the chocolate cake was so dry I nearly choked and had so little icing i would have almost been impressed at how thinly they managed to spread it if it weren't disgusting, the corner pieces of the cake (which is all we received for our 2 slices because of course) had about a 7/10 coverage of their surface area. This was literally the worst dining experience I've ever had. I will never order...
