Read moreWas told by the store manager to wait in the parking lot until the customers in the store left so she could come out and get us in order to comply with pandemic protocol, which was completely fine and reasonable.
What was not reasonable was the fact that I proceeded to wait over an hour in the parking lot while watching other people go in and out after me. I eventually called the store and was met with a startled response from one of the other sales people saying that they didn't know anyone had told me to wait and that they would go ask the manager to confirm and have her call us back in a few minutes. They hung up and I got the hunch that I was not in fact going to get a call back, so I left. I'm glad I did: I finally ended up getting a call back five hours later from the manager saying there's no way she could remember making the promise to come get me since she never saw me before and I reminded her that she had literally greeted me at the door. Big yikes.

Read moreI came in looking for a quick fix for my current bed, but after speaking to Norman for a good 30 min going over every option in the store from a 100.00 topper to a 4k bed, I told him I would consider my options.
I came back the next day and spoke with another gentleman for another 30 min or so, and told him I would be back the next day.
I came back the next day which was Saturday and Norman and the other gentleman both were there.
Norman not only took care of me because knowing my financial situation, health issues and such, but went out of his way as did the other gentleman, to make me feel at ease and not pressured.
I thought I would have to wait at least 3 days for delivery of the whole bed especially since it was a weekend and it was a holiday week to, but I was scheduled and received my bed the next day Sunday, not only but they set up and removed the old one with no disposal fee or delivery fee.
These men both in store and delivering, know what it is to help people, not customers, but real people.
I will return here for anything I need and send everyone I know here too.
