Just ordered online a 16 pc extra crispy chicken, went to pick up my order got home it’s only 11 pieces in the box! I called and let them know that there was only 11 pieces and I ordered 16 pieces of the chicken in the box, she tells me “oh we don’t have any extra crispy wings!” Like excuse me! Never mind not having extra crispy wings, shit runs out I get that! trust me, I have worked in fast food before, but why would you not tell me that when I picked up my order and ask me if I would like to get something else! Why try to deceive and rob someone KNOWING that you didn’t give them what they ordered and PAID FOR!! Then I call the store, they ask me to go back to get the rest of my order that I PAID FOR!! Go all the way back to the store AND instead of giving me my 5 pieces they owed me they gave me 2!! TWO! I had to go into the store like what the HELL!! Again I’ve worked in fast food, if you messed up someone’s order and they have to come back, you go the EXTRA DAMN MILE to make sure you get it right THE SECOND TIME!! And then ask me “oh if I want something else?” No ma’am I want what the hell I paid for! nothing extra nothing else just what’s rightfully mine!! I’m NOT looking for charity!! I’m looking for INTEGRITY! Unfortunately this company is lacking the latter! Oh and the kicker, they don’t know who owns the company, who their boss is, you know the name at the bottom of ya PAYCHECK!! Everybody now has amnesia! Disgusting! When it takes 30 minutes to get through 7 cars, there is an issue. Why are there a bunch of people standing around inside, please be productive, that is what you are being paid to do. To the Manager: Please re-train your staff with better service/timing expectations and maybe consider leading by example.
