Taco Bell — Restaurant in Springfield

Stopped after work for some dinner. After a bit of a wait in drive thru, I placed my order. The gentleman taking my order was super rude. I ordered a box meal and while I was trying to explain that I wanted a soft taco, he interupted me with "What to drink?" I was a little taken aback by this and he repeated himself. That is not how you should interact with customers. I later found out that the register asks what the drink order is for the box meal before you can make any modifications. This was once I got to the window and already had my drinks. I also asked for a diet Mt. Dew and a diet Pepsi. I got 2 diet Pepsi. When I mentioned this, he told me that I didn't order a Mt. Dew and if I wanted one I should have said so when I ordered. This dude needs some customer service classes. Review Title: Disappointing Experience with My Recent Order

I ordered tonight from Taco Bell, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed. This was my first time ordering after a very long time—possibly months or even years—and I was expecting more than what I received.

The main issue was the meat — or rather, the lack thereof. One photo from the restaurant’s website shows a generous serving, while what I received was almost non-existent. There was barely a thin layer of meat, which felt quite underwhelming.

Although I’m not angry, just disappointed, I did manage to get a refund through DoorDash. It’s unfortunate because I was looking forward to enjoying a Crunchwrap. I think I’ll give it a break for a while after...

I dont think they deserve 1 star. Get yourselves a new manager. We came in late after a vet appointment and ALL WE WANTED WAS TACOS.... BUT NOOOO. The "manager" who was taking orders.... well should have been at least, was just sitting there chewing the fat with a random group of people and talking about how much they pay her to do nothing. My mother and I stood in line for 20 damn minutes. We were the only people who needed to be waited on. My mother said "excuse me" 3 times, as did I. All she did was glance over, click her tongue, and go back to talking. We didnt even get food. I recommend literally ANY OTHER form of fast food... or just a different taco bell, as their tacos are bomb af when...
