This review is not a slam against this sleep number store but at the company as a whole. A year ago my wife and I purchased a bed from this location who by the way were very kind and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. My problem came just a week ago when I called the customer service for a warranty issue. Our mattress was sliding off the foot of the bed about 4 to 5 inches. After investigating it I realized it really came down to a design flaw as the magnets that hold the mattress in place were fine but being sewn in to the mattress fabric itself was the problem. Over time fabric will stretch with movement. I do a lot of tossing and turning at night do to a bad back. I did ask the store salesman if it would stand up to my tossing and turning all the time. They informed me they haven’t had a problem based on normal wear. Anyways called customer service and they told me in order to get a replacement cover and have it installed I would have to come out of pocket over $400. I asked why when it’s under warranty. Customer service informed me I purchased the bed in Oct 2021 so I was almost 2 months outside my warranty. I asked what happened to the 10 year warranty on the mattress. Sorry sure that os for the top of the mattress for manufacture failure like a rip. I argued back and forth with this lady and the best she could do was not send someone out to install the replacement cover and still charge me 35% the cost of a new cover which was still over $200. Read moreEric and Erika were really great at explaining how the beds relieved our pressure at the highest pressure points. It was really interesting how being in 0 gravity setting and going back to the flatto the flat back to the flat position and how it stretched my spine out relieving pressure in my back. And my wife and i were treated very well the whole time. We walked out of the stare happy after purchasing our new California King size bed. Which will be delivered in acouple of weeks due to the furniture that we ordered taking alittle bit longer to get. Do not purchase a SLEEP NUMBER BED the customer service is a joke (and that is putting it nicely.) I've got the run around trying to get the bed and furniture (headboard) repaired since October of 2023 and they don't fix anything and I've told them to come and get the whole bed and take it back and I'll go purchase a different bed and now they don't want to fix it and they don't want to come to get it. Customer service doesn't care about the crap that the customer has to deal with as long as they can get their hands on your money that you've worked hard for. Warranty is supposed to be good for atleast 5 years. They're not getting anymore...
Read moreWorking with Max was like a dream come true. I told him what I wanted and then we fine tuned it as I tried out the different beds, and pillows. I had a Sleep Number bed in 2000 and I really liked it. So when it was time to replace a different brand bed that was making my body hurt when I got out of bed, I went directly to Sleep Train. It is out of this world the number of things these new beds can do. There are so many different things that they keep track of when you're sleeping and they adjust as you move around when sleeping. Max was just the nicest and most knowledgeable person on pinpointing the things that would work best for a good nights sleep. I was able to take home the pillow that I thought would work for me but it didn't. I brought it back and Max found the perfect one. I slept on it last night and it was the perfect choice. My bed will be delivered next week and I am soooo looking forward to having the best...
