The kids loved it but let me tell you about the experience as an adult familiar w/the bill. We arrived at 12 as instructed for a 12:30 room to get our decor up & check in for a party that cost just over $450. The host didn't really give us any instructions or call the day before, per the delightful but inaccurate blurb on the website when they're luring you in. Her 'welcome, looking forward to being your host' email actually came after we left. She was super slow at the event, as well. For a room of over 20 people she only brought one pitcher of water for 12 jumping kids (we had to ask for more) and we never did get the Punch or soda we ordered, just two pitchers of some lime soda that she put right next to the water and all looked the same. It took her over half hour to tape up our decorations & she obviously didn't order the pizza until she was done with that. The pizzas were supposed to arrive at 1:30 where they call the kids in to have pizza (then cake & gifts) but none of it was ready until almost 2. We had to go ask for forks and a knife to cut the cake because we were never told by the hostess that she would be providing forks and that she was going to cut the cake. So keep in mind everything is running extremely late - she starts to use a plastic pie spatula to cut the cake & we're thinking OK, she must be trained for this right? We have over 20 people including adults and she sits down and absolutely butchers this cake, she doesn't ever wipe the spatula, she makes huge 4 inch pieces out of a half sheet of cake, which should have been enough to have a 2-inch slice per person and then whoever wanted extras & then some to take home. When I eventually pointed out to her that there should have been two Hosts she actually said to me, no I think everything went fine. 😲 She did not charge us for the two pizzas that never arrived and we did get a little bit of a discount after I pointed out the super late run time. If you come here for a birthday party, just plan to bring your own knife, cut your own cake. After running more than a half hour late on everything they actually expected us to still leave the room immediately at 2:30 p.m while the child was still opening his presents– because you know presents after cake right - & hustled us out to the dining area. You don't need to be an expert to know that you can get almost 60 pieces of cake out of a half sheet cake. But if you do this for a living you should at least do a yt search and figure it out based on number of attendees. One of the moms said, oh yeah this happens every time we come, and I'm like, how do you put up with it? Of course it's fun for the kids but they're charging a huge price for a few cheap pizzas and the wrong soda and a tiny room for a 2-hour bind, they should bother to train people on how to manage their time...
Read moreI want to first off give our host a 5 star rating! Kamiah, took care of my sons 2nd birthday party to her best ability and she communicated very well with us throughout all of the hiccups. I feel like the structure of everything else has a lot of room for improvement for sure. Check in was a breeze I hosted 24 kids and almost 50 guest total. Make sure you ask your guest to arrive half an hour early it will save u a headache. We had access to the room throughout our party which was very convenient it wasn’t until the second hour that I felt things started to struggle. Our food order was never communicated properly to the kitchen staff and we were fighting to get our food with two other parties being hosted. I had ordered 8 pizzas 60 wings 40 tenders and only received 4 pizzas by the time they called everyone in to eat because apparently that’s all that was communicated on their spreadsheet. It wasn’t until the last half hour that the wings and remaining pizzas ended up coming out. I think they may only have one oven which I feel if they are hosting as many parties as they are they definitely need to invest in more ovens because you run the risk of under cooking pizzas and competing to push out so many pizzas because we could clearly see that being the case and unfortunately had some family report not feeling well after the party from the food. That’s all I will comment about that. The remaining 40 tenders we ended up taking home because they came out 5 minutes before our party ended. Now we did speak to the manager who was very forgiving ,accommodating and for sure took care of us but feel this could have been all avoided. I get it it things happen but this place has been in business for a while now. Now as for the kids jumping and the activities in the facility , they had a blast and had no complaints. All the kids left feeling happy there. One other note I would like to add is that it’s very hard to get through to someone over the phone and that may leave you feeling uneasy and their voicemail is always full. I hope they can offer a better way to get in contact with the party/events department. With improvement this place is great for your kids next party you just got to be on...
Read moreDo not purchase the new party packages under the new management.
I received a call one week before my child's party which was for 7-9 PM and it's for the Glow Night Birthday party. During my call with the event planner at your location, I was informed that not only would we not be getting the glow night for the 2-hours (now only 1 hour) I originally scheduled and paid for, but any additional jumpers would be charged a new price that is nearly double what I was expecting to pay for the package I ordered. It was explained to me that the new package structure under the new management REQUIRES that glow night start at 8 PM instead of 7 (which is not what I was expecting when I paid for this) and that the new structure under the new management requires a nearly double-priced charge for any additional jumpers.
This is not only poor customer service, but very absurd. This is not only news that I found disappointing, but also inconsiderate and unfair. This was a robbery - removing an entire hour of glow-jumping and then also charging me for a new price that is not my fault. I was later also updated that other people who scheduled party rooms with glow-night also got a full 2-hour party room as compensation. I got ZERO compensation on anything for their horrible business handling.
When I schedule to receive a product or service, I need to know that what I am told I'm paying for is what I'm receiving.
I would appreciate it if there was some sort of refund, compensation, or special accommodation that could be made since I will not be receiving the package nor the price I paid for. After emailing, calling, and correcting the event planner that this is not what I paid for, I still got declined on getting anything compensated, or corrected, or refunded.
DO NOT pay for or schedule your party here, it's obvious they will charge you double, remove things you paid for, and not make any accommodations for you. We will not be going to this...
