Stopped at KFC at 6pm today (Thursday). Waited in drive thru for 15 mins and thought it may be quicker to order inside (I should have known better). Went in and it took about 5 mins for someone to take my order (6 piece chicken). After waiting 15 minutes, during which time all the manager did was yell about how insane and busy they were, the manager yelled to an employee "tell those people its going to be 25 minutes until chicken is done". There were at least 7 people waiting inside. I went up to counter and politely asked to have my order voided and refunded since I couldn't wait that long. The employee went and asked the manager if my order could be refunded. The manager said in a very snippy way that they don't void orders or do refunds so to just fill my order. The employee quickly got my chicken (although it wasn't the kind ordered, but at least I got chicken). The other 6 people (who ordered before me) had to be livid. I would have at least thought it would have been fresh chicken since they were so busy. Quickly realized that I probably got the pieces that were at the bottom or in back that had been sitting around all day. Consequently, the chicken went straight in the garbage at home as it was dry and inedible. About 1x a year we give this location a try and continually have had issues. I recommend skipping this KFC!    Read moreI donât usually have a negative experience here. Typically it is just so-so. Tonight it was awful. I got home only to find hair in my âfamous bowlâ. They will replace it they said when I called, the next time I come in, but now I have to prepare food at 10 pm when I bought dinner. The drive through employee was extremely snobby. I considered reporting her to corporate and might still. I have worked in fast food and am studying management, and her behavior appalled me, even knowing the hardships. There was no line, and she didnât address me at the speaker for quite a while. Then she finally said âgo aheadâ, in a rude tone. No hello, or thank you for choosing kfc, or sorry for your wait, or the words âyou canâ in front of the phrase she used. Much less was there a âwhen youâre readyâ. Iâve never been greeted so rudely at a drive-thru. She messed up my drink order, and wouldnât even look at me when I handed my cash to her. She just had a snarky tone asking for the cash and flung her head up like she was too good to be talking to me. I had to wait a long time, and then she handed the food over, practically shoving it out the window, and said âhave a nice nightâ in a very sarcastic tone, flipped her nose up, and shut the window. It was horrifying...
Read moreI recently visited this location as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. At 10:00 a.m., when the doors were supposed to be open, the lobby was closed. I went around to the drive-thru, but the speaker was out of service. When I tried to call the phone number listed on Google Maps for assistance, I discovered that it had been disconnected since February. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of this restaurant.
It's unacceptable that they can't manage enough staff to open the lobby during posted hours, and it's even more frustrating that there was no sign on the door directing customers to the drive-thru. To make matters worse, the drive-thru itself wasn't functioning. This experience makes me question the operational standards of this establishment. As a potential customer, I have serious doubts about returning here. I genuinely doubt this restaurant meets the standards set by Colonel Sanders when he started KFC so many years ago. I can only imagine that this would have him turning in his grave. I wonder what his family would think about this restaurant if they knew how poorly it was...
