I don’t have high standards for motels but there was black mold in the bathroom, a broken window in the shower, and a very questionable comforter that I didn’t use because it’s summer in AZ so it’s not necessary anyways!
In the middle of summer, when checking into a motel, the last thing you want at the end of the day is to walk into a room that is actually hotter than the outside air... the room was about 100° when we walked in and the air was thick! The AC is small and underpowered and took at least 4 hours to get the room even a couple degrees cooler as the walls were radiating heat. I would think that if the manager / owner saw that someone was checking in, they would start up the AC so it would at LEAST be 80 or so it the room so it would feel even the slightest bit cooler than the outside air... the shower ran warm as well so there was literally no way to cool off.
If you are looking for an escort, this is the place for you... one was standing outside our room as we walked up so 4/5 for convenience on another feature we had NO intention of using 😂.

This motel is run by a family, it is the warmest friendly place I have been to in my travels throughout the US. The staff is just great the place is a really small area for parking however it works it's quiet and restful. I am in town on business and the other motels are way out of price for this area at least twice as much as 4 star hotels I have stayed at in major cities of Austin and Houston and even LA. The mines ongoing work dictate the cost of rooms these big chain motels are cashing in very good. But this place is right on with price and I guarantee you here is much better service...

This is a small, dated, non-chain motel where you park outside your door (if you're lucky ... there was a large utility truck parked right outside mine), and spend a night on your way through town. Not a lot to say other than it was dated, but everything worked. A little over priced for what you get but probably cheaper than anything else in the area.
