If you are looking for the best, cleanest, freshest place to stay in the area of Pima, Thatcher, or Safford this is the place you want. We booked thru Priceline for around $100 a night ( prices vary a lot depending upon demand and time of year we got lucky). The pool was normal to a bit small but was adequate. There is a barbecue with tables for a group get together. The lobby is very nice a conducive for meeting guest. Their breakfast was very complete I particularly liked the pecans and walnuts to go with the oatmeal. The had light and fluffy eggs with bacon or sausage. Fresh fruit in season and all sorts of breads and even lunch meats on some days. The views over the cotton fields were very nice and the rooms were very fresh and inviting.

Was On a road trip just driving through thought I would look at some options for a night because I was exhausted .Being that it is the most expensive hotel-in the area ($400 for the night) I thought it might be something at least up to my standard… no this is a glorified Motel 6. The staff is very nice, but the management is terrible. And “suites” you have to be kidding me? These are slightly larger rooms than your average with multiple walls put in as barriers to make it look like a suite, but this feels like a motel room, no matter what you do to it not only that but an extremely outdated unkept room. TV from the 90s and furniture by the condition could possibly be as well.

If I am on business trip in Thatcher, I always choose this hotel. The room is big, and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not my favourite, typical US continental breakfast. I think it is a little expensive. The internet connection is stable and quick. There is possibility to order food from the closest fast food restaurant, and the staff deliver it to your room.

We visit Safford often and found ourselves unwilling to stay at the other chain hotels in the area. Wow what a refreshing change in comparison to the mediocre, outdated, un-maintained nearby Quality Inn or the equally dismal Comfort Inn. Immediately upon our arrival we were met by the highly professional uniformed front desk staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. We found our room pleasant, spacious, warm and inviting. The room was nicely appointed with any and everything we could need and absent of any maintence issues. The beds were high quality and beyond extreamly comfortable. Sadly, we did encounter a problem with the guest staying directly above on the 2nd floor. At 2am he decided to hold a foot stomping festival in his room as he forcefully marched back and forth. I immediately made a call to the front desk and within minutes the problem was quickly resolved and we didn't encounter any further sleep disruptions. Upon check out, the girl at the desk appoligized profusely for our interrupted sleep. While l know she wasn't responsible for the disturbance, it was truly nice that she even cared enough to offer her concerns. Overall, l can't say anything negative about our stay here. The staff we encountered were inviting as well as extreamly professional, caring and sincere. The rooms meet and exceeded our expectations. I felt that my concerns were take serious and effectively dealt with in a prompt manor. Unlike the nearby dump hotels, our in hotel breakfast included hot quality food. I have found a new place to stay while visiting Safford. I truly believe that you will be equally pleased with any future stay at the Safford SpringHill Suites. They've earned my respect as well as my...

We have been staying here several times a year for many years. I know the pandemic changed the way things were, but if this is what Marriott has chosen for their partners and guests, they will lose my business. It might just be the local owners and their approach to hotel management. We used to look forward to the breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, cereals, and bagels, and make-it-yourself Belgian waffles. Now, you get food that looks and feels like it came out of a vending machine that was unplugged 48 hours ago. The egg muffin was completely disgusting. Our kids would not touch it. The hard boiled eggs were in a plastic sack with yellowish water in it. The premade waffles tasted like military rations. The yogurt, bagels, and cereals don’t exist anymore. The two containers of ice cold, hard-as-rock biscuits looked like the bread that Sam and Frodo ate on their journey to Mordor. I could barely bite through them. Our kids finally just ate straight up Nutella out of a little pouches, and I had oatmeal. I couldn’t get any brown sugar out, because it was solid as a rock in the glass container. The chocolate muffins had to be at least three weeks old. You could not break off a chunk if you had a jackhammer. The hotel pool only had a handful of towels available, and the pool was filled with leaves and trash. The toilet seat was broken, and the little fridge, despite how many times you turned it back on, barely got cool. The staff, however, are a nice bunch of young people. I feel bad that they have to work here. This is the end for us. We have been staying here since it opened. It is like staying in a truckstop locker room. If you are used to staying in Marriott hotels, you are going to be sorely...

The price for this hotel was a little more than I was wanting and willing to spend for a quick one night stay while passing through the area. There's only a handful of hotels in this area, so that may be why. I decided to redeem some Marriott points instead. This is either a newer hotel or a recent re-model of an existing hotel...not sure which.||||There is a Denny's within walking distance...basically share the same parking lot. Front desk staff was friendly, and were able to assist when I asked for some paper plates and utensils to use for dinner. The check-out time was 12pm, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I did not have time to check-out the pool.||||The room was great and exactly what I expect from a Springhill Suites property. Mini fridge and microwave both worked great. Bed(s) were very comfortable and the pillows were nice as well. AC kept the room cool, and the room smelled nice. There was good water pressure in the bathroom for showering. Could have used more than one small trashcan though.||||Breakfast in the morning was different. There were no waffle machines, but there were pre-made pre-packaged waffles in a warmer. They weren't very good; much prefer the fresh ones you can make. There was also a pre-packaged breakfast sandwich available also in a warmer. That was decent, but could have been better. Breakfast is probably my only gripe about the property. The hot options weren't very good.||||Overall, I had a nice one night stay here. I'd consider this property again if in the area and needing a place to stay if the price is right...
