R&R Pizza Express — Restaurant in Thatcher

They get five stars for quality of food. Pizza was great (although the pizza we ordered is a local favorite not on the menu that should be) bread sticks were great, wings were terrific. Service was...sigh...dismal. Our food all came out very separate. Pizza first, then AFTER 10 people had time to finish the pizza, then the bread sticks came. after we finished eating completely, I had to go up to the till to ASK after the wings we already had ask after once when the pizza came to the table. To me that is terrible service. If we ordered on the phone and came to the window would we get everything separate ten minutes apart? Why is the staff complacent on how they serve dine in customers? I could see for a busy Saturday night they needed more staff, perhaps even one staff member dedicated to serving the dine in customers. I went prepared to have the food be OK; it wasn't just OK, it was fantastic. I would absolutely eat there again, just not dine in. I shouldn't have to chase down food i paid $80 for. My only other ask would be more description on menu items. I would like to know more about a hot sandwich than "ham". I asked the girl at the register and she was brand new, had no clue, and didn't bother...

If I could leave less stars I would but that's not an option unfortunately. This place is ran by ignorant teenagers, I do not recommend stopping here for a meal. We sat for 40 minutes in an empty dining room waiting for 2 calzones, when we finally asked the girl at the counter about our meal, we were told they forgot our order and that it was never made, then told us that we would have to wait 20 more minutes for it. Which if I didn't have a 3+ hour drive home at already 6:30pm, I would have waited since I haven't eaten all day. Then when we asked for a refund, we were told it will take 2 weeks for our money to be returned to our bank. Now I have no money left for an alternative food option and am going to have to drive all the way to Sierra Vista after a long day without a single meal. I must not that there is no adult anywhere in the building to supervise these kids they have, very poorly running the place. It is an absolute shame because my husband and I love the RnR in Benson and are skocked to see this one ran so carelessly. We will definitely not be returning to...

As of March 22, 2020, they no longer have wings in buffet. Big bummer as that was the pinnacle of the feast. Below was a review from a time past. I'm not sure what they did, but it has worked perfectly. Since then, I have enjoyed the buffet and delivery. Every time it has been wonderful. Food has been hot, correct, and for delivery ON TIME. Wings have been on point and are the best in Safford. Garlic bread and pizza are kicking. Good job!!!!

I called in an order at 1:00pm for a 6:00pm pickup. I did this so I would be able to pick up pizzas and wing and leave. Enabling me to make a 6:30pm Birthday party. I showed at I figured maybe 5-10 min for a wait. It is now 6:40pm and one couple here. Update: 6:50pm I finally got the order... I give restaurants 3 tries.
