Yeah. Not happy about it. After planning on installing 3 subs they call me at 2pm (I dropped my truck off at 9) and they let me know they can only fit two subs. Later at around 3:30 pm, I'm installing a gauge pod in my buddy's truck I'm at o-Riley getting parts for it and I see the owner there. Ask him how my subs are going ( he lies and says they are done) then proceeds to tell me there out of carpet and no one else in town had any. So I say, You make speaker boxes for a living and you don't have carpet? He left o-Riley without another word. I go down to check on it at 4:45 they had killed my batter and couldn't figure out why my amp wouldn't turn on, I mean goodness the dome light didn't even turn on. This was a red flag to me, I look in the back, I see the cut my back wall liner crooked as a snake that someone had done an eyeball hellmairy job on and my box looked like trash in there with only two of the three subs and no carpet. When I get a call at 5:30 to come get it I was ready to let them have it, on the way into the shop I passed all the installers on their way home. There was no one for me to rip aside from matt at the front counter who I knew had nothing to do with it. Later I'm getting some diesel listening to it from the outside and I notice between the back of my cab and my bed there are four massive wood screws that look like they go through my bed into my cab. Come to find out they are inside my speaker box, through the back wall of my cab and just enough to rattle like The devil on the front of my bed. So I've got a non carpeted box, missing a sub, and wood screws through my cab....

Tanner immediately jumped in to action asking me questions and had immediate answers! He scheduled an appointment to bring my truck back within an exceptionally fast manner. It was very much appreciated since I had a trip planned to head to Phoenix. I hate to admit I rely on navigation apps, but they are so handy in Phoenix!!

I am sure they were busy that day but still had time to make the repairs! They installed a new camera, updated the software on the unit with exceptional customer service!!

Tanner is an amazing talented individual. When I walk in the door it's a great vibe and I have been able to purchase different items that range from T-mobile internet to speakers to household electronics, tickets to his concert, as well as help installing car audio. They also have big boy toys plus more. They help in every way possible. I really appreciate my time there when I get to visit. I always have a huge smile when I leave. The energy is amazing.
