Worst Chipotle experience ever. Went in and was happy to see no one in line. Stepped up to the counter only to have the young male tell me someone would be with me in a moment as he proceeded to have conversation with the guy at the grill for 2 min and 15 seconds and yes I started the timer on my watch. As a guy who I guess was the manager on duty came from y ack the guy puts on gloves and asks what he could help me with. I asked for a veggie bowl to go. I asked for brown rice. I was shocked with the small amount he put in the bowl then he asked if I wanted fajita veggies and I said yeahhhhbh I asked for a veggie bowl. The amount he put in the bowl was even worse than the rice proceeding to Rush me thru he asked is there anything else I said corn... Again very small amount to the point after the rice the veggies AND the corn you could still see the bottom of the bowl. At this point I told him to stop and cancel the order. I refuse to pay full price for a third of the ingredients. As I stepped down to the register I picked up one of the manger cards so I know who to call tomorrow morning. As I was going out the door the young male said have a nice day as he and the guy behind the grill laughed. I told him thank you and you have a BLESSED one because I am. I then went to the Chipotle at the Oaks mall and received EXCELLENT Customer Service that changed the whole experience. I will Never go to the Newbury location again and Strongly suggest everyone do the same. People have a choice in where we spend our money and WHY would I choose to spend it for poor service and poor quality. This was not the first bad experience at this store but it WILL...
Read moreI already saw a similar experience in the reviews regarding this specific employee. She was extremely cold and rude. I also came in at 9PM (still an hour before closing), and she was acting like it was the biggest inconvenience to her and that all the portions she was about to serve came out of her paycheck. She served me little portions of everything, and then made faces when she would have to restock certain sides they didn’t have. This was such weird behavior because there was like a line of 10 people behind me, so either way they would have to bring out more ingredients to make the bowls or whatever. This entire interaction made me uncomfortable so I forgot to ask for guac as I usually do. When I realized (only about 5 minutes after placing and receiving my order), I went back and kindly asked her if I could get guacamole on the side. She coldly said they were out (which okay I can understand, they were an hour out from close), but then I also asked for vinaigrette that SHE forgot to give my friend earlier, and she grabs a vinaigrette and adobo ranch from the fridge and quite literally throws it across the counter. I guess she gave the adobo ranch for free (didn’t even ask for allat), but the entire interaction was terrible, and she has a crazy attitude. I’ve worked customer service and food service, and I get it can be frustrating at times, and closing can be stressful, but this was...
Read moreI ordered the soft tacos my Wife ordered the crunchy tacos they put her crunchy tacos in a tin container they put my soft tacos in tin foil i go outside the and they were all smashed together like one big taco couldn't tell where 1 started and 1 ended was complete mess if anything they should put the soft tacos in the tin container and crunchy tacos in tin foil. Now They were delicious don't get me wrong. It's just they were very messy very annoying to have to pull apart and eat. Went last night 08/29/22 they ran out of cheese and told the customer in front that it would be a long time before it was ready. As we got to the counter it was ready. Just seems like poor management on the shift leads part to run out of cheese. Also when there are customers waiting in line it would be professional to greet them instead of keep your back on them for a couple minutes. But hey maybe I'm expecting to much good...
