The store manager Neil is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND going in to see him if you are in the market for a new mattress or base. He is incredibly knowledgeable about ALL of the products in his store, he is super patient, he is upfront, direct, and honest (which with a background in hotel sales I sincerely appreciate), he will give you the best possible price, and he has a great personality! My husband and I went into his store looking for a new mattress for us with no ideas in mind of what we wanted. We were just done waking up in the morning with sore backs, sore hips, stiff, and still tired because we flopped like fish all night. Neil spent so much time with us giving us facts on just about every mattress in his store which we appreciated. But, the thing that stood out to both my husband and I was how interested Neil was in finding out about us personally; if we had any spine/back problems, if we are back, side, or tummy sleepers, if we prefer soft or firm mattresses, if either of us snored, and then helped us find the perfect mattress that fit both our needs!

We weren’t planning on actually purchasing a mattress that day. However, with Neils’s knowledge and the inventory he had available we ended up purchasing a Tempur-Pedic queen with an adjustable base and could not be more happy with our purchase!!! And, he has THE BEST mattress covers that have a cooling system so if you’re a hot blooded person like myself and my husband, the mattress pad cover keeps your body temperature down while sleeping which is AWESOME!!!

He is super awesome, he will ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for, he will sell you a mattress that will give you the BEST SLEEP, and he will promise to give you the BEST possible price he can!! Our last mattress (which was from another business) had a “trial period” but there were so many caveats that you probably would have better luck winning the lottery than actually taking advantage of their “trail period.” And as luck would have it, after just a couple months we knew that the mattress was the wrong choice. But we were in 1500 so we tried to make it last for at least a few years. By the end, i was sleeping in the guest bedroom and my husband on the couch because that mattress put us in so much pain after sleeping on it. So needless to say, we were a bit hesitant when finally deciding to buy a new mattress. After explaining our experience and our unease to the sales rep, who i think was also the manager of the Tooele mattress firm, he was able to make us feel super comfortable (pun intended) about buying a new one. He assured us that we had a 100 night trial period, no questions asked and offered us plenty of incentive to trust it. Sure enough the mattress we bought never got to a point where we enjoyed it and after going back into the store a couple months later he lived up to every word and every offer he initially gave us, which he certainly didn’t have to do. None of the offers were in any contract or any part of a promotion, they were just his word in an effort to make us feel more comfortable with our mattress buying experience. Not to mention he actually remembered us when coming back into the store a couple months later. We exchanged it for the slightly softer mattress and couldn’t be happier. We FINALLY can sleep well. We ended up with the hybrid purple 4 (for those of you who are wondering) and it is amazing. It doesn’t transfer motion (which means I don’t wake up when my husband comes to bed) and I sleep all through the night with NO pains in the morning. I'm only leaving one star because I can't leave a NEGATIVE STAR review which is what I would love to do. The manager Neal is completely unprofessional and a very unethical person. He called a store that I had an outlet bed on layaway because I was making payments on it. There was an issue with my ticket and the manager I was dealing with, at the store that my bed was at, had to cancel the ticket and redo it and had to have mattress firms accounting department reapply my payments. Well the accounting did not apply the payment to the invoice to where it would lock my bed from being resale and Neal called up the store that had my bed and pretty much told the manager he didn't know what he was doing, after the manager told Neal what the issue was with the bed and that it did have payments attached to the invoice, and that he (Neal) was going to sell my bed to his customer without letting the manager call me or the accounting department to see what was going on with my payments that they where supposed to transfer. On top of that Neal's (DM John), told Neal to sell the bed out from under me without notice or chance to put another payment down on it. Both these guys are very unethical and unprofessional.
