The Coffee Shoppe — Restaurant in Tooele

This is by far My absolute Favorite Coffee Shop, I lived in Tooele for over 2 years and very rarely missed a day going to see these fabulous people!!! Tooele only had maybe 3 coffee places when I lived there and I tried them all, Best bang for your buck is the Coffee Shoppe , before I went to Janna's and was paying 9+ dollars for my 32oz frappe blended with 2 extra shots, at The Coffee Shoppe for the exact same drink it was only 6 plus you get a comp Chocolate covered coffee bean and Amazing customer service.. Besides better Coffee and Prices was the Management that prompted my change of Loyalty when during That brutal Winter that dumped over a foot of snow when Construction was underway on Main Street with the workers out in the cold all day and into the night I opted to reach out to our local shops to see if they would be willing to donate to them such as warm Coffee or drinks and baked good. My previous shop offered 10% off not bad but I felt we could do better so I went to The Coffee Shoppe and lucked out because the Manager was in.. They amazingly offered a Free Coffee to any member of the construction teams I was over the moon.. I went and grabbed Donuts and set out delivering donuts and letting the workers Know to go get a warm drink for free at The Coffee Shoppe on their Breaks. That morning I left the biggest tip I ever have on my 6 dollar coffee order leaving a 40 dollar tip, more so My loyalty and Respect. I live in Davis county now but any time I happen to be passing by Stansbury I exit and Drive the added 17 mins into Tooele to Get my Coffee fix. Wink wink nudge nudge North salt lake up and coming area on Redwood road, Guaranteed Daily Customers would be My mom, Sisters and Myself ! Stay Amazing The Coffee Shoppe and if I could give y'all 10 stars you guys would still deserve...

The c o free Shop for over 10 years was my absolute favorite daily treat, I have went there every day 7 days a week for a long long time. The girls were amazing and I really lived that they were the only coffee shop that did my order absolutely perfect for me. Until a few weeks ago my coffee caramel Mochiattia blended with 4 shots of Hot Esspresso was made incorrect and tasted dreadful by s new girl, I asked for a re make and they charged me for both, the next day same thing, so my husband that went to purchase it saidhe was going to call and complain, the manager/ owner told him he could go elsewhere. So my daily 1 to 3 coffees that I purchased for over 10 years which were 6 t o 10 dollars a day with tip faithfully , will now go to JANNAS . I hope that the coffee shop will continue to do well , but I will not nor will my family and friends that I treat to coffee or smoothies ever darken the doors of The Coffee Shop again..... I changed my order a little to make it close yo my coffee shoppe specialty. But after spending over $ 20,000, I refuse to be treated like crap, I worked 35 years in customer service and you always try to make the customer or guest happy, especially a repeat, daily customer.. I have never ever been rude even with so so service, but my husband probably was a bit angry as he left the drive up that last day. The coffee was m ade incorrectly and c tasted like frozen water , but they refused to re make it. Same as the day before , until I agreed to pay for both of them....

I used to go here every single day. The past few months though my coffee is usually not prepared correctly or always tastes different each time somehow. I get very basic caramel iced coffee. It’s just not the same as the girls who used to work there. My total is almost never the same lately which makes no sense ( I’m not talking about the price change they just had) but it will be anywhere from $2 and change to almost $5. It just makes no sense. I’m not one to argue, but it does get frustrating not having the same price be rung up every time after ordering the same thing every single time. Also the way they go about asking for tips is just outright strange. Now I almost always leave $1 for them…but to just straight out ask especially before you even make my coffee is weird to me. If people wanted to tip they would do so. It’s not even the iPad turn and the “totally optional”. Straight up Saying “any tip on your card? “ is unprofessional in my opinion, coming from someone who was a barista for many years. It makes people uncomfortable. I’ve started going else where just because of these things. 4 stars still because I have love for my small local coffee shop I used to go to daily. Hope they make some...
