The middle aged guy who making the cups of food had a runny nose. He wiped his nose on his wrist multiple times while waiting on people. He also kept touching food items with his gloved hands, then he'd touch the tongs, then move onto the next customer without changing his gloves. This is absolutely disgusting and how food contamination happens. This happened everytime while I watched and waited in line and while he made my food too. I payed for my food but I'm now not sure if I should eat it while still disgusted by this workers gross handling of food while possibly sick. First and last time here.

I'll say first visit was great, second visit not so much.. they say the sauce gets absorbed by the chicken, but the chicken is dry and this time there was no sauce to be seen so i had to go drive 5 miles again just to have a decent meal. Without the sauce it's way too dry all around and does not mix well. They may have said they put sauce on it, but i didn't see it only slightly tasted it on meat. There should be enough sauce to reach the rice and give it flavor all around. First visit was nice and good people, second visit turned my day upside down and made me decide never to return.

Super yummy. We got lost coming here though. Google maps took us to East Bay. Tried to submit a change for location. It is on 700 East by BYU campus. Super yummy menu. Lots of options and ways to customize. Look the beef Bulgogi and rice and noodles. They also have Milkis and other treats like Turtle chips. I really wanted a Korean corndogs but I guess only the Orem location has them. Seating area is outside and covered with a fan. They have ice water on tap. Parking is super limited with a few spots. My kids LOVED it. The noodles are super fun. My kid said 100/10.

I would not recommend ordering online for your food. At least from what I have seen they tend to prioritize customers in line and I would have gotten my order faster if I did that. When I got there my order wasn't ready even though I arrived 6 minutes after the expected time. Ok there was a few people in line, I can wait a bit longer. I gave them the order name and waited. After about 10 minutes they gave me an order that wasn't mine. The name was close to the one I gave but with additional letters at the end. Ok honest human mistake. Luckily I checked it before I left the store. I returned it to them and gave them the name again. They said sorry and that they would get on the order. Meanwhile 4 more groups people entered the store and went through and paid for their food while I was waiting. Another 10ish minutes. It wasn't until after the people in line had left that I got my correct order. I understand its dinner hour and people in line are valued customers as well, I feel quite frustrated that my order wasn't prioritized 1) when ordered 2) when I came to pick it up 3) after I was given the incorrect order 4) after all other customers that were in line for the last half of my time being there. I finally left the store 30 minutes after my orders expected time of completion. I'm not satisfied that online orders are not equally as prioritized as in person, especially when the customer is there to pick it up.

I'm grateful that the workers finally got my order and apologized. I'm just frustrated at the length of waiting that happened for an...

Edit: 10 months later, I decide to give Tooele Cupbop another shot. I asked them to make it extra saucy this time, thinking this is the obvious solution, and I think I actually got less sauce than the last time. They didn't mark the spice levels on the cup and the bowls looked the exact same so I don't know, good luck figuring out which is which. Props, though, that it was edible. It didn't taste good but any means, not enough sauce to actually flavor anything when mixed, but I didn't want to die after eating it. So kudos, maybe. Husband called, of course there's no manager to actually do anything. Maybe there's no actual manager? Kid on the phone says they neeeever get complaints about the sauce. Plenty of reviews say otherwise, though. Jealous of the poster with the sauce slop bowl, must be nice getting some flavor. No change in rating, wish Cupbop didn't have to be a SLC trip to taste good.

One of my bowls had scarcely any sauce and the other had something vague and none of the spicy sauce. The noodles tasted horribly burnt. And maybe that's a feature that's usually covered by actually having sauce, I don't know. The teens working there can write YouTuber names all over your bowl for whatever dumb reason, but applying the sauce you want is too much, I guess. They need an acting manager on site to solve the problem of receiving gross inedible slop, which is weird and a non-functional practice when there's no acting manager on site. Food 0/10. Customer...

I enjoy my food on the spicy warm side but beware: sauces get hotter as the number goes up and number 6 was too much for me. I was given a sweet sauce to calm things down but was still unpleasantly spicey/hot. Like other reviewers I found the breaded fried chicken overcooked and dry. My mouth was unusually tender entering so The Rock (fried) chicken scratched and poked painfully. If I were feeling better I think I would have liked the crunch but not the dry chicken meat inside. The vivacious out-of-sync customer greetings become more annoying while dining. When I return I will try the two varieties of meat bowl again. The Korean beef was fine and I heard the dark meat chicken was juicy and good. I will inquire about small side samples of sauces. Creating My Own by mixing a few may be a fun adventure. I enjoyed the base of the bowl: rice, veggie, and vegetable Noodles. The serving size was nice. When I told them this was my first time (hoping for help with sauces) 3 employees called loudly "extra!" Not sure what that meant. Being the first visit I was (regrettably) too involved getting my order right to inquire. I do recommend the side...
