Employees are nice enough, but this is the 4th time I've been in there to purchase something that is in stock on the website and application, but not actually in stock. I went in today looking for 2 specific items. One of the items was listed as 4 in stock and behold, there was 4 on the shelf. Come to my second item that is listed as in stock, not a low quantity but just in stock, so in my mind that means theres at least 10 or more of these items. I go to the front and ask the manager if theres any way the back can be checked since theres none on the shelf. Another employee piped in stating that he knows theres none back there, and they accepted their Tuesday shipment yesterday so I can wait for Tuesday to come back for what im looking for. We dont go to harbor freight for the quality, we dont go there for the price either since Amazon can be less expensive. I do go there for the gratification of instantly buying what im looking for, especially when its listed as in stock. If it had a low quantity number then I could understand that numbers may be slightly off and you may not have any, but for all their systems to say that there's plenty in stock, and not even go to look for someone is wrong. Lost $70 on a sale because they are poorly managed and can't keep inventory straight. I guess I'll just save $20, order from Amazon, and still have it...
Read moreFirst off I haven't even been in the store for 2 weeks because everytime I come in they say are you returning something again. Then last Saturday I'm in there and the manager says to a customer every day he's replacing something. Talking about me 3 feet away intended for me to hear it. Very unprofessional, I told him how is that, most of the time I'm buying tools. I use this stuff everyday dismantling cars so yeah sometime every couple weeks something breaks like a wobbly socket or adapter. Like I said most of the time even when I'm in there just looking for new tools as soon as I walk in the door it's like I'm there to replace something. If it's such a problem I'll just stick to Milwaukee tools and as the crap breaks I'll just replace it with better stuff from now on. Why warranty the tools if your gonna cry about it like your paying for the replacement.. they really ruined the store for me. I did like shopping here it's the this one manager...
Read moreVery nice store well stocked clean and organized, I usually always have a good experience until today. One of the staff members need to learn respect for their customers. If you're that miserable working around customers find a new line of work pal. I was totally ignored as I was waiting at checkout. Employee finally comes out from the back waiving the customers behind me over to a different checkout stand and leaves me standing there with my item on the counter. So I get behind the other customers that were behind me in the beginning. The other customers were a little confused as well with no apology from the associate, real professional but I guess that's the standards we set...
