City Mattress — Hotel in Town of Greece

Whenever I'm shopping for something on the pricier side, I like to do my research first. Especially if what I'm looking for comes with a long term commitment.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and was greeted by Bobby, who asked if I was just there to browse or already knew what I wanted. After showing him the mattress I was interested in on my phone, he took me right to it.

The demo was great. I was comfortable, overly satisfied and ready to cash out. Then, Bobby suggested giving another mattress a try. It was a very similar mattress with the same exact price, just a bit softer.

I tried it, went back and forth between the two, then realized that I actually didn't know what I wanted. The alternative Bobby suggested was much better.

He also suggested some new pillows and allowed me to try out all of their options. I never even knew pillows could be that comfortable; and they barely added onto my grand total.

That was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a salesman, and the entire interaction lasted just a bit under 30-minutes from the moment I walked in to the time I was completing my purchase.

If anyone's looking into getting a new mattress, City Mattress is the place to go, and Bobby's fantastic. I'm sleeping better than I ever have and would gladly do it again if I needed another mattress...

Purchased a Tempur-pedic bed end of June and had it delivered July first 2020. I’ve been hesitant to write this review, because of the embarrassment, but if I can save someone else the pain, I certainly want to... So this bed is approximately $4,000. Received the bed and immediately started to get bites all over my body. Now, we have a cat (inside cat), so I thought it may have been fleas. Gave him flea medication, waited a week, and I was still being bitten. This went on for about a month trying to figure out what was going on and what to do. Reluctantly (because this is the LAST thing I wanted to think of), we decided to get a mattress cover for bed bugs. I woke up the next morning with no new bites, and from then on I was no longer getting bit, and my rash went away completely in a couple weeks. This bed is outrageously expensive, and it had bed bugs. Please be careful. I have other gripes with this place, but this is certainly the most major and almost not worth mentioning anything else.

I had a very positive experience buying a new mattress. The sales associate, Bobby Morris was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained just the type of mattress to help me sleep more comfortably. He showed me a few different styles and gave me all the time I wanted to try them out. He put me at ease all through the process and was a huge help in finding just the right one for my needs. I purchased a Prana mattress and cannot believe how amazing it is. The pain I have been living with improved after the very first night. It has only been one week and I sleep better and feel better every day. In addition ,the store is very attractive and welcoming.
