if I could leave zero stars i certainly would! first off I purchased the warranty for my daughter's dresser, there has been some damage to the top so I called and they were sending out a repair man. I took work off for the repair man to come, I get a call that the repair van broke down and I just needed to submit pictures, that would of been great to know so I didnt have to take time off of work. I sent the pictures and they said they would get me a new dresser. They explained the dresser was a special order and would call me when it is in. About 2 weeks later I get the numerous phone calls to schedule for the dresser to be delivered. The customer service delivery team told me that I am a Monday only delivery and could deliver it October 13th in the morning amd said I would get a email the day before with a time frame. I call the morning of the 13th because I never got an email stating my time frame, I was told that they had no order for me whatsoever and the dresser would not be delivered today and that was after quite a few phone calls. I now have taken another wasted day off of work. I spoke with Hannah who said she spoke to her delivery manager and they ensured ke they could get the dresser delivered to me Friday October 17th, again another day i took off of work to be here so the dresser could get delivered. This time I did recieve a confirmation of time frame the dresser would be here between 11AM-2pm, i then logged on that morning to track the dresser, it said it would be delivered by 1pm, I got busy doing other things and logged back on around 11AM to make sure the dresser was still on schedule and it said competed!!! I still had NO DRESSER!!!! once again I called the customer service delivery team and they said as of 9:30 they recieved a message they did not have the dresser! Yet I recieved no phone call or communication til I called myself. I was then told that the delivery manager would call me personally and of course he never did even after I called again and left a message. This whole process has been so unprofessional and messy. I have taken 3 days off of work for this dresser, I could of just bought a whole new one with the 3 days that I have missed now from work! I still have not recieved any communication and I am absolutely livid. We have been long standing customers and I will more certainly never purchase anything from here again. Also another issue we had is when i ordered a bookshelf for my daughters room. The day it was supposed to be delivered they called me and said the book shelf fell off the truck and smashed into pieces, I said OK well just order me a new one, they responded with well we can't because that bookshelf is discontinued!!!!! Never in my life have I ever encountered this horrible of an experience and customer service. Im willing to spend more and go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers. My wife and I recently moved to and bought a home in the area. We decided to start with the bedroom. We arrived to Raymour and Flanigan where we were greeted by Scott. Scott was a great salesman, he gave us space and would check in to answer any questions we had. We picked out a mattress with adjustable frame and a bedroom set we liked. We were able to purchase the mattress with next day delivery (Sunday) and free removal of the old mattress. We made a point that the removal was important, my wife was 7 months pregnant, our old bed is heavy and we did not have garbage pickup yet. We had also picked out a bedroom set but decided to postpone the purchase until the next day to confirm everything would fit in the new bedroom.
We received a call from the delivery drivers letting us know they would be arriving with the mattress around noon. Once the mattress arrived I tipped the deliverers and went about my errands in the house. Delivery and set up was quick. I took a look and everything seemed fine. The deliverers left and I realized they had forgotten to take the old mattress. I immediately called the number they had called me from several times with no answer. I decided to call the store and was told they would send an email to see if the drivers could come back. We held off going back to the store for the additional purchases in case someone came back to the house.
The drivers did not come back and I did not receive a follow up call like I was told. Through out the next week I called several times and was told theyād get someone out to pick up the old mattress. But Raymour and Flanagan did not come back and I did not hear back from the service team unless I called.
After about two weeks of the issue not being resolved, we decided to not return to Raymour and Flanegan because of the lack of communication and follow through on a minor issue. We have a few more furniture purchases coming up and we didnāt feel comfortable that weād be taken care of if there were any other issues.

A year later and one side of the purple mattress has completely fallen apart. I did a Google search on purple mattress issues. An entire list of people having the same issues came up. Raymore and Flanigan has a return policy like auto malls. If you basically get yhe bed delivered, your stuck and out of cash. I only gave a two stars because the first exchange the manager did try to accommodate the error of the size and had the correct one delivered.

We have the replacement ordered but are now waiting a month or longer to receive our replacement. Our Sales Associate Tre has been attentive and open about challenges and helping a us select a replacement. I'm not thrilled that it is delaying our love seat. If all goes well going forward; I might coincider changing my star review. Currently I haven't had a real definitive reason to. You pay tax on your initial purchase to then get charged taxes on a replacement, lowering your available capital, you only get store credit without the option of refund. Then you are at the mercy of warehouses and inventory. Still not a good look as a customer to be wowed or convinced the issues are an one off, but more of a pattern. We'll see by the end of the transaction what is the true intent toward us as consumers.
Update: the new love seat is falling apart. The maintenance man came and proceeded to insult my 80 lb dog as the issue. Tried telling us he fixed it. We then received a call from a female representative who tried swapping a brand new love seat with a show room model. She said the same man who came to fix it admitted he didn't fix it correctly in our account notes. This company traps you with store credit instead of refunds.
