I booked this hotel for a weekend trip with my sister. When we got there, there was a sign on the front desk that said that the staff would return shortly. We waited 20 minutes before anyone returned. The staff was curt but not impolite in checking us in; definitely not welcoming, but this didn't bother me. We got one room key and headed to our room.

Our room was filthy. The cushion under the window was covered in stains; the walls were grimy with visible running stains down them; all layers of the bed sheets had stains in every color that bodily fluids come in; the toilet had skid marks; there were no full-sized towels in the bathroom, and only one hand towel and a couple of wash cloths; and there were hairs in the tub. There were also exposed wires by my night stand. Clearly, the room had not been cleaned.

My sister asked at the front desk if we could have clean sheets, stating that ours were not clean. The staff told her that they could not give us a full set of sheets, and made no offer to clean the room or move us to another. We got one sheet, and were told that they would tell the cleaning staff about the issue. We assumed that our room would be cleaned while we were out the following day. So we picked the two cleanest sheets to sandwich ourselves between, wrapped our pillows in our shirts, and turned up the heat so that we would not need a blanket. We stripped all the other sheets except for the fitted sheet off the bed and set them in a pile for housekeeping to pick up the next day.

The following day after being out, we came back, expecting our room to have been cleaned. The had never come. The place was exactly how we left it. I went to the front desk and told them that we were told that our room would be cleaned because it had NOT been clean when we came in, and the woman behind the counter said that yes, she saw a note for that room to be cleaned, but cleaning staff did not come in while people were checked into the room. I practically had to beg her for sheets so that we could change the sheets ourselves. She begrudgingly brought me some more clean sheets. There were no pillow cases among them.

My sister and I stripped and changed the sheets ourselves. I have never had to strip a hotel bed before, and if this mattress is anywhere close to the norm, I hope I never have to again. I have never seen so many stains on a mattress in my life, and I am shocked that hotel staff would put any guest in a situation to see them. Ignorance is bliss here. We once again slept with our pillows wrapped in our shirts, since we had no clean pillow cases. With no towels and a bathroom of dubious cleanliness, we did not dare shower throughout our stay of three days and two nights.

I discovered the first morning that the continental breakfast only had plain bagels, cream cheese, and juice, so we could not really depend on that either. The kitchen was also at 80 degrees. I don't know if a guest turned it up or if staff likes to keep it that way, but it made being in there unbearable.

Our weekend outside of the hotel was wonderful, but our nights were awful. No one apologized or made any attempts to improve our situation. Staff was apathetic to resistant to helping us when we brought our issues to them. I have stayed in a lot of 2-star hotels; I know what to expect, and this was not it. What's more is that I had several other friends staying there the same nights, on the same floor as we did, and their stay was not like this. I am baffled that we were treated this way. I will not be staying at this...

I want to start by saying I LOVED this hotel at one point until now. I have poured hundreds into this establishment since February of 2020. I have been staying here on and off since the pandemic began because of homelessness. This last trip lasted about two and a half weeks. I paid by the day and they were very accommodating. Upon waking up I realized my check had not come and went down to explain I'd need some time to figure something out. Now, I didn't ASK the GM, he OFFERED to allow me to pay at LATEST the next morning for the day since I'm always paying on time and been pretty consistent and not a bother to them. I thanked him and said it'd most likely be before then I just need to figure out what is going on with my bank. After calling all day to see what the issue was, I came to the conclusion it wasn't going to be a simple fix so I called a friend while my husband picked up a night shift under the table and the friend offered to pay what we owed in the morning. When he called to pay in the morning before his meeting at work, he explained the woman was rude and refused to take payment over the phone without an extra authorization being signed etc. And said he'd have to do it later as he was late. I called down to explain and she said okay. Two hrs go by (which wasn't unusual they kinda have always just let me come down and pay whenever I had time) and a woman knocks on the door loud as hell about 2xs and tries to burst in the room lucky we had latch on and weren't naked or something. Now they knew the situation and so when she VERY RUDELY asked about payment my husband stated to her that we hadnt paid it YET and she persisted to speak over him and very rudely. She said she'd call the GM (who now that I look at it isn't too professional seeing he made arrangements with a guest knowing he would not be at work next day, leaving some other staff to deal with it if issues arose), and then HE STARTS to get rude on the phone. At this point we had already packed our stuff because the agreement between us was non-payment by morning=we leave. We had a payment for them, my husband had just got back from an overnight shift around 12. Had the woman not been rude not caused a fuss, we'd have went right down and paid. Instead we chose to leave. All the other negative reviews are not wrong either, the fire alarm blares all night for no reason, the hall ALWAYS smells like weed, and people fight all night long. We needed a place to stay, and finding a home at this time is hard, and unfortunately miscommunication and hostility led to us NEVER wanting to stay here again. They proceeded to call the cops as if they would do something more and I had to once again cry and pour my life out to more people about why I needed just a little time. We packed an Uber and went right across the street to a new hotel. 52-70$ a night I guess was really worth arguing about putting out a family over. I understand they are a business but I just needed a few hrs over check out time to pay them for the night prior and the next night as well as...

This was the worse stay at a hotel in a very long time. In fact, the last time I had a hotel with 0 score was in 2012 when I got bedbugs at a hotel in Anaheim.

This place has no business being open while under construction. How is this possible? Is this place even ADA complaint? Right out of the gate I noticed that it isn't. No automatic doors? No elevators? I was told to take stairs by a vending machine to my room on the 2nd floor with all my stuff?

Place is absolutely filthy from either work, guests or both.

Room seemed like a cheaply thrown together project that was approved at a glance. "Put everything in Millennial grey and they will think its luxury" Did the designers have any experience building out hotels? The contractors clearly rushed to punch the tickets and moved on.

There is a reason hotels don't use vinyl floors throughout, especially the sleeping area. There is a reason hotels use door arms to close doors and door hinge closers. There is a reason hotels have lights by the bed. There is a reason hotels have double sized sink areas instead of a basic home depot half bath setup.

Brown water, so I couldn't take a shower. The bed mattress was cheap and sitting on what can only be described as an expensive, squeaky cot. The AC unit sounded like someone stuffed foil in it. You had 2 choices, hot or cold. Nothing in between worked.

The toilet ran all night. And not in a "hey I can sleep through this" it would run for a little bit then stop every few moments. No consistency at all.

The bed had stains, one pillow case had a hue of yellow vs the other 2 whites.

And here I am, exhausted and its late and I can't leave because I took my nightly meds that require I lay down. I can't get up and even consider a new hotel at best or a new room at the least. I can't take a shower because of the warm water.

The best part? When I left the next morning and canceled the rest of the stay and the wonderful hotel staff (seriously, they were super polite) 100% knew what I was going to complain about.

Right out of the gate they said "Yup, we've let management know these are issues..."

I asked for a refund because I paid for 2 things: a good night sleep and shower. And I couldn't get either. They said it was up to the GM, that they would have the GM call me. That never happened.

This hotel felt like I was in some terrible reality show and they created a pop up hotel for me to stay in 1 hour prior to my arrival. Cheap, dirty, noisy, and in no way what a...

My daughter her friend and i wanted to sleep somewhere nice so we thought Baymont in Henrietta- we checked in went to the room and relaxed. We decided to pull the sheets up to check the bedding. The 1st bedding had - I kid u not- A BOOGER AND SOME OTHER STAINS- I went to yell front desk. I showed her the pictures I had taken She was not happy about it. She gladly gave us another room. Went to check the room 2 bed- and the bedding was even WORSE!!! Went to front desk again, she was even more upset! She gave us a 3rd room, we checked that bedding and oh my god WHEN I TELL U IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD DIED - IT REALLY LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE GOT SLAUGHTERED ON THOSE 2 BEDS IN THE FINAL ROOM! There was also a hair tie on the floor wrapped with hair. Front desk asked if we wanted a different room. At that point we were done and easily decided we wanted to leave. We wanted to go to a different hotel. The receptionist at the front desk called the “sister hotel” down the street which happened to be a Microtel. We went there, checked the bedding and the rest of the room and were satisfied, although we could easily find any flaw, the room was clean and the bedding was clean. Below I added the pictures in the order they were given in rooms and 1 was bad and it only got way worse as the number moved up.

Booked 2 rooms. 1 for my husband and I and the other for my daughter and 3 of her friends to celebrate her Sweet 16. We had to take a smoking room because the non-smoking room flooded. It didn't do my daughter's asthma any favors but I sprayed it down with the Lysol air freshener I brought. We had to clean the plastic light cover that was covered in nicotine. It hadn't seen a wet wipe in quite awhile. The ice bucket had nicotine stains and I went to wash it I noticed ashes at the bottom which was pretty gross. So I tucked it away in the smoke smell filled closet. As I started decorating for the sleepover I had to tape down the strip of vinyl laminate that was pulling off the TV console dresser thing. There were badly patched holes in the walls. The back hallway going upstairs was very worn out. And at the second floor landing was disgusting with lots a food and coffee stains. Like years worth. Our room was a single queen sized bed. It was non-smoking so that good. There is a random piece of scotch tape on the edge of the wall by the closet. Laminate ripped off the wall mounted desk. And the cushion cover on the window bench looks like someone took a knife to it. But the bed was comfortable. There was a lovely young woman at the front desk. She was very helpful and kind.
