We were so excited when this Taco Bell came into play as it is so close to our house. However, every experience has been a misfortune. This experience was the final straw. Our order was placed on the app and in-store pickup was selected as we had heard this is the only way to have a positive experience at this location. There was an error with the app which of course cannot be held against this location. My fiancé went inside to see if the order had come through or not. The staff let him know the order did not work. Not a problem, we of course placed the order again. All that was left to do was wait for our order to be completed and we were going to be on our way. Except that we didn't receive our order. From the sounds of it, it was given to someone else in the drive-thru who then had to come in and say "this isn't what I ordered." Time kept passing by and employees kept looking at my fiancé like he was a weirdo for waiting inside Taco Bell. Eventually someone asked if he had been helped to which he explained, that he was waiting on them. An employee informed my fiancé that they once again did not have an order for us, but that they would ring it in through the register at no cost. This was a really kind act of the employee, but also the correct thing to do as we had paid, but had not received anything. Finally we had our order and we're on our way. The entire experience took an hour. Yes, you read that correctly, an hour. The employees are nice, but if there is one thing you can count on, it's that this location is going to cause some sort of problem. They was very rude and seen me waiting outside for my mobile order and made me wait 30mins to get my order and I had to go to the window for my order the manager on duty told the employees not to serve me and the female employee tried to fight me and didn't ask me what I needed I then came back to the window and told them I was there to pick up a mobile order I placed and then was told they don't server mobile orders after 10pm but that was a lie and then the manager handed me my food an didn't even give me my drinks. I had the worse experience ever here at this location and it's very sad cause I did nothing wrong and I seen other people pick up there orders from the mobile order pick up area and they had no problem at all but I just so happened to 😢 very sad and for the girl employee saying to me what's up and she was ready to fight me over my order was just uncalled for it's very sad because they all watched me outside for 30mins trying to get there attention to pick up my order an they just looked at me an ignored me the whole time but severed other's before me that also was waiting at the mobile order check out. What made me so different? I still question that to myself I didn't pose no threat at all I just wanted to pick up my food...
Read moreUpdate: I had an issue with an order (detailed below) but the company that owns the restaurant did reach out to me and fix the situation, in fact went above and beyond what I would have wanted to make it right, so I only felt it was right to update my rating and review.
Old review: I ordered and paid on the app at 1:30 PM, arrived 10 minutes later and the app said my food was ready. The door was locked, a couple of employees came to the door and yelled “we’re closed!” waving their arms like I’m doing something wrong. They continued their shooing motions until I turned around and left. At this point I was irritated but just wanted my money back, and I’d let it drop. So I went back into the app and sent some feedback, and requested that a Taco Bell rep contact me, this was days ago at this point, no one has gotten in touch, they still have my money. I have been a Taco Bell customer for 20 years, I have had a few issues with this location previously, but I gave them some slack because it’s new and I assume they’re still figuring it out.
