I have deleted my previous 5star review.
Let me preface this and say that the food, service, and line dancing here are all still great. My family and I come at least once a week. We have a great time. But I don't feel like our time should not be limited to when the younger punks start rolling in. This the third, THIRD week in a row that these kids are "accidently" dropping drinks on the dance floor from the balcony. The joke of security guards there have been notified everytime. They do nothing. Every week, the regular patrons get more and more fed up. There is another dancer already in a wheelchair with a broken ankle from slipping on a dance floor. What's it going to take for the security there to make safety a priority? someone falling and going after the business? Their negligence Is going to cost them their business if someone gets seriously injured. It doesn't seem like that difficult of a concept. Kids throwing cups of ice over the balcony onto the dance floor where people are equals immediately being removed from the premises. Why is this so difficult for them? We love it there but I'm not going to keep giving my money to a place who cares more about the young punks who are drinking soda and water over their patrons who are dining and spending...
Read moreMyself and 3 other patrons were supposed to attend Nashvilles on 9/14/2024. I emailed the establishment a month in advance requesting a table be reserved for my party, a half-hour before the beginning of the band, and this was due to two people in my party having a disability. The establishment emailed back saying they don’t take reservations after 8pm and to call the bar instead (to make a reservation after 8pm). In the establishments initial response to my inquiry, they stated I was able to make a reservation via email, “ Hello, I can make that for you. Please let me know what time, number of people and the name. Thanks”. After not getting a response email in 8 days, I emailed back, confirming that the reservation was made. I got an email back stating a reservation was made for 8pm. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the fact that they didn’t reserve a table for the time I requested, until after I confirmed the reservation. I emailed back on 9/12/24, stating that due to the fact that they cannot accommodate the disabilities of my party at the timeframe we requested, we will have to cancel the reservation. Please see the attached email of which I received in response, and judge how bad you’d like to support this establishment off of...
Read moreIf you are coming here for dinner, don’t come hungry. Visiting from out of town & came here to catch up. Paid $10 a person just to get in the door - for what? No wait staff greeted us. Sat at our table trying to figure out how to get ANY service. Eventually my table was able to find someone that was taking another tables order. I was having trouble figuring who was an employee because no one ever stopped to check in on the table - a black T-shirt and jeans seems to be the uniform. Good luck trying to pick employees out of the crowd because half the patrons are wearing the same exact outfit black shirt and jeans - myself included. Even if you do see the “Staff” written on the back of the shirt have fun trying to get their attention. No one can hear you over the live band. I’m not complaining about the live music being too loud; my problem is no one checks on the table. After tracking someone down for the menus & placing an order. My table waited an hour for food to come out this was after I asked where it was. The wait staff I did interact with was pleasant such a shame they are so overwhelmed. My recommendation is to come here get drinks and listen...
