Cons:

Rooms are "big enough" but not huge No microwave in rooms, but available in laundry room No clothing drawers for long-term stays because the huge TV was given priority.

Summary:

I will be back next year and will try to book the same room.

Advice:

Bring your own K-cups if you like dark coffee, and pick up some half-and-half if you dislike powdered...

I stayed there over the weekend and had such a good experience that I ended up extending my stay for an extra night. The Alice has been recently renovated, and you can really feel the fresh, modern touch in the rooms. The ambience was great, everything was spotless, and I especially appreciated the solid concrete floors — they made for a peaceful night’s sleep without any noise from upstairs neighbors.

It’s definitely good value for money, and the service at the reception was excellent. I interacted with three different staff members during my stay, and each one was welcoming, understanding, and professional. Their hospitality really stood out and made me feel comfortable.

Fix the ac so I don't have to ask the front office how to work it and be hot as hell on our first night. Apparently it’s old so it doesn’t work on some settings. We could barely sleep. Also, the coffee tastes nasty. The pool wasn't open. And our keycard locked us out we had to get new ones. Very outdated and the concrete walls don't help at all in keeping the room cool. The good things are the cleaning lady was helpful, front desk was as helpful as they could be with speedy response and the shower was good, other than that, the place needs better acs, coffee, and tech. Staff and cleanliness were a 10 though. There wasn’t a microwave in our room only in the laundry room? The fridge barely worked.
