Cove of Twin Falls — Restaurant in Twin Falls

First time to try the cove in my 49 years of my life. Horrible Horrible Customer Service. Went in no one acted very polite or respectful. Had to ask where to sit, then the douche dude was extremely rude. He came and threw our drinks on the table, asked what do you want in a ride voice. Brought our drinks out and pretty much threw them down and slammed on the table. Came back about ten minutes later, and said what did you want. We ordered 2 Prime Rib dinners and a Finger Steak dinner. He came back with our Salads that comes with the meal and tosses them down. My wife asked if she could get crackers 3 times he looked at her line she was stupid. I went in to ask for some crackers him and the waitress working ignored me and finally came and asked what do you want, I asked for crackers he said very rudely we are out. I got pissed and went in and told him I wanted to pay for then drinks and the 2 salads that we did received. He said no your oaying for everything, I said no I ain't, I will happily pay for the drinks and salads. He being the dumb as he is called the cops on us. The cops showed. I and the cops talked, they agreed with me and felt I was correct and in the right. We ended up doing exactly what I wanted to do was pay for what we received. But then we got informed we were not welcome back for life. All because this guy decided to be an ass clown and embarrass the cove as a company. I am posting this in every sicual medua site i can. First time to Twin Falls, furts time to the Cove, and this is how you get treated. We finally stopped in for lunch! What a great place! As soon as you walk in you will understand why this is such a great place! Everyone working here is very inviting. Walking through the bar the wall is lined with cozy booths and they were all full of people who were having such a great time! We pulled up and tucked ourselves in to the bar seats at the end of the bar and were instantly greeted by big hello’s and smiles from our bartenders! They are very attentive and know how to make you laugh! We ordered the Calamari sticks, Pu-Pu for two with the chicken gizzards, oysters, and piglets, as well as the patty melt. Terrible experience. The Mac and Jacks tasted like the keg lines need to be cleaned. The Caribbean rum punch tasted like the juices were made from concentrates reconstituted with dirty dish water. When we asked it we could exchange the punch after one sip, we were told that they can’t take it back and that we will still have to pay for it. I ended up coking it down because I didn’t want to waste my money. The bread on the Malibu chicken sandwich looked like it was never baked. Management should care about their customers’ satisfaction.
