Considering what elements lower cost rates bring to the mix as far as the type of people it will attract, this is a pretty good Motel 6 that does not share the reputation of others like it in its class. I do appreciate the signage of designated areas of where to smoke, but I did see some folks loiter on the curb of the entrance, which did not give it a good look. I’m guessing that management handled that quickly. They used to have signage that said marijuana was not allowed on premise, but now they switched that to just “no smoking except in designated areas” outside and definitely no smoking inside the hotel else you will get a $250 fine. I stayed in room 317 which was clean and had all the necessary amenities that I needed for that price point. For some reason, the bed was just too uncomfortable (firm) the first night and I was sneezing and had to blow my nose a lot so what I did was clean out the 2 filters for the air conditioner and applied some antibacterial solution to it, which I believe made the subsequent nights much better. I really appreciated the shower 🚿 nozzle as it had like six different modes. No issue with hot water - was available all day long. Regarding cleaning of the rooms, I did not like the fact that they swept all the dirt from the floor into the hallway where they vacuumed all of that up later. Clients have to walk through that mess to get to their rooms; though that may be efficient for maintenance team, it’s definitely not a good look / and possibly a health hazard for clients as they track that into their clean rooms. Also saw the type of help they hired that was playing loud music as they were cleaning the rooms (had explicit lyrics) - wasn’t too crazy about that. And then when that help left, he took off his shirt and was I guess acting in a very unprofessional way as his friends picked him up to leave the premises. I utilize my own hotspot as I always do with my hotel stays due to security reasons. So I can’t comment on the Wi-Fi there. However, from my previous stay their Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, depending on what room you are in, which means that they need to put a bridge/repeater in weak areas to solve that issue. Also, the speed and throughput was not as good especially for remote work as to rely on their connectivity. Better to bring a dedicated hotspot (not from your phone - too slow, if working remotely 👨🏽‍💻). Other than that, the hotel stay was a great experience, and I did not hear loud unruly people in the hallways at night as they have a strict quiet hours rule. The strict rules and signage is what really keeps this particular Motel 6 in a good light and I will be returning, if they consider some of the shortcomings that I’ve listed in this particular review. Enjoy!

This Motel 6 is best of quality from any others Motel 6! It’s just my personal experiences We stayed several Motel 6. Your dog is very welcome with verity of treats and blanket. I never have any experience with such great service for pups! You need pay $50 pet deposit up front for per pet and they will refund it if your dog doesn’t make any damage. The lady at front desk is super nice and offer us no pet deposit and provide juice for my kids. It was grateful experience to Us. Specious parking spaces and dog Walking area. Your dog will be happy to walk around for sure. Clean waiting area with a couple of snack vending machines are available. One thing if I could say negative staff You can loudly enough to hear pull out or push back chair into table or footsteps from upstairs and annoys small kids screaming from next doors so please stay with manners and take responsibility for own kids behavior if you accompany with small kids. I am also accompany with two kids but I am not let kids scream for hours! We had deal with those noise from upstairs around midnight and super early morning and it is very annoying. I have nothing complaints for hotel services.

This motel 6 was great! Showed up @2am the check in was quick and easy. The associate even grabbed a bel cart and helped me out . The room had a dog blanket ! Thank You! Was a nice clean M6! Showers worked great. TV had no issues. The coffee in the morning was good also! When checking out in the morning that associate was amazing . She made a little ToGo cup for our dog with treats ! We booked our room with Bookings and the site gave us the total amount we needed for our room for the 4 day 3 night stay for 2 people. When we arrived we needed to add an extra person so we expected a slight increase in price but definitely not $15 a night since we booked a double room to begin with. In the room on the back of the door it has aasticker with the rates for the room and the price for a 3rd/4th person is $3 dollars per night! The on top there was an additional 50 cash deposit that we needed to pay ( which we did receive back upon check out after prompting the man at the desk). This deposit wasn't stated in any of our comformation from Bookings nor on the motel 6 website, which we had read over before our stay because we had questions about the ways we could pay for the room since we were splitting the cost with multiple people. That 50 was already bugeted for food for our trip so it definitely effected our stay. Also when my husband expressed that we was upset about the charge for the extra person and the deposit ( calmly I might add, he isn't the type of person to raise his voice) the person at the desk (the same person that we checked out with) got very irrate and said well you can cancel and go some place else. We found this to be extremely rude, but with the fee to cancel to room we wouldn't have had the money to go somewhere else! My husband also asked if all rooms have a mini fridge and microwave because we were going to purchase microwaveable meals to save money, he was told that yes ALL rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. When we arrived to our small double room there was no mini fridge nor microwave! We called down to the desk and we were told that the other rooms do have mini fridge but that the microwave was in the lobby, and that we were in the discount room so it didn't come with a mini fridge. So at this point in our trip we are down $50 for food and now we are going to have to eat out because we have no way to store food. While we there we found that there is no do not disturb door hangs to prevent housekeeping from coming in our room. We asked out it and was told that Motel 6 got rid of the door hang but he could put us on a do not disturb list, we said yes for our whole stay. The first morning our room was left alone but the second morning housekeeping entered our room! We were also very disappointed with the shower for this being a brand new building the tub doesn't drain, it took hours for the tub to empty! The shower head had little pressure so it was difficult to rinse soap from my hair. Overall we we're highly dissatisfied! Also don't believe the pictures the rooms are tiny! I'm talking you walk in and you have only enough space to shimmy around the beds small, if this was New York or Japan, I would have expected that but room in Pennsylvania tend to bigger even in cheap motels. The closet space is all most no existent you get about 6 in of hanging space on either side of the TV. The rooms don't have irons, blow-dryer , or coffee makers ( free coffee is available in the morning in the lobby) Ice machines and vending machines are only available on the first floor. The only thing I did like about the room was there was no carpets in the rooms, it is linoleum that looks like wood. It made the room lighter and less stuffy. I would stay away from this place there are dozens of places to stay...

This is a horrible motel with equally horrible and nasty staff and workers. I was on a business trip from New York, extremely tired and exhausted and arrived to the establishment for my approximately 3:00 pm reservation. The lady at the front desk , thin, in her early 50s, glasses, dark hair pulled back, began to be extremely nasty to me. She very rudely kept insisting that there was no reservation under my name. She started raising her voice at me and my business partner as we were trying to show her that we had made the reservation. She very rudely started yelling at us, in front of other people in the motel , lobby. She yelled "What don't you understand! GET OUT OF HERE!". When we asked to speak to the manager, she yelled , "I am the manager!" We kept apologizing to not make her more upset, but we hadn't done anything to instigate this type of behavior from her in the first place. She kept screaming at us, even when we explained that we were tired and had just worked many hours of hard construction labor, she still continued yelling. She kicked us out the motel very harshly. I was embarrassed, humiliated, and felt violated and harassed. Me and my business partner had no where else to go, we were left on the street despite having made the reservation. The lady at the desk didn't even try to be kind and offer us another room or make other accommodations, despite the fact that the motel was definitely in the wrong. We would not be traveling to another state to work without reserving a room in a motel to stay in. This lady had such a lack of humanity, I've never been so disrespected in my life. We slept in my car that night, barely able to sleep peacefully as we were afraid of our surroundings, especially at night in an unknown area in another state. That night, we made another reservation to book a room and it had shown that we did in fact book again. We went back the next day, and were met with the same lady in the front. Again, she started screaming at us to leave. She had a vendetta against us for sure. Completely ridiculous. I would not recommend this horrible place, they treat their clients like garbage. Try not to book any room with this motel, because obviously their system is flawed and even if you make a reservation, there is a very low guarantee that you'll actually get the room. 1/5 for sure. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Also, that lady in the front definitely needs to be fired. This all took place on Monday ,...
