Evergreen — Restaurant in Upper Macungie Township

I typically from here through door dash. So the only rating I can give is on the food. I'm a creature of habit and get the same exact thing every time. Beef and broccoli we pfr, egg roll and crab Rangoon. Everything is very tasty. Eggrolls are a bit bigger than what you get elsewhere which I love. Rangoons are pretty standard. They're a little skimpy with the beef. The only thing I'm kind of iffy about is the pfr.... There's a different taste that I can't put my finger on. Chinese 5 spice maybe? You can definitely taste the clove which I don't hate. Foods always hot and fresh. Can't do much for pics cause I ate most of it...

I have lived in this area for over 20 years. Evergreen restaurant was always my go-to for Chinese food. Recently it seems to have been dropping off. Less protein more vegetables. Tonight I had the most god-awful dinner. I paid $13.30 for moo shu chicken. It was literally just cabbage cooked in a Wok, very little chicken and very little vegetables. My Chinese pancakes to go with that were Mexican taco shells. I called my order in and was told 20 minutes. When I got there the girl seemed puzzled at first I think they forgot my order. Was really looking forward to this take out dinner tonight but ended up pitching it in...

First order was general toes chicken with pork fried rice. Chicken was not spicy at all like it's supposed to be. Dry to. Rice had barly any pork and all I tasted was salt. Egg rolls where barely filled should of called it a dough roll ..... Now 2nd order was wanton soup.... Why are my wontons as big as my hand and hard to eat? Mostly dough barly any mean in the center.. and dry mean at that. And how do you screw up chives so much where they taste like burnt plastic?!? Overall- I won't order again you can keep...
