I want u to know that, for 30 years I have NEVER got a "PERFECT ORDER" (from U or anyone else before), Until this order. I don't give 5 star 🌟 ratings because there's alway room for improvement. BUT! Then, upon opening the food, there was no extra cheese on my cheese steak that I had paid for and instead of what I had assumed would be cheese sauce on it, there was tomato sauce. Why would you not specify what kind of sauce you'd be putting on a cheese steak??? There was also no mayo on the cheese steak, which I had also paid extra for. Read moreThe attitude and professionalism that was provided was completely uncalled for today. A coworker of mine had an allergic reaction due to cross contamination. When they were contacted about this, it was stated that it was her fault and she needed to advise if she had any allergies. No where on the paper menu or website does it state about the allergies or cross contamination. Luckily it was a small reaction THIS time, but there was no remorse from the owner. Then they were only willing to comp a medium pizza, after asked what they were going to do to get some sort of apology/compensation. No compassion to the patrons who regularly order from them. Who knows, if they're using peanut oil, because they don't advise of that anywhere either. As a restaurant owner, this should be common knowledge to cover themselves against lawsuits.
