If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had to move into this hotel due to a flood in my house. They put me in a crummy room with a crack in the ceiling. Housekeeping never did a good job with the cleaning. Most of all the lady at the front end Sarah is very rude and unprofessional and racist. I had a strange man tried to come in my room. When my boyfriend came back to talk to her about it she said all black people look the same. She would give me dirty looks and always had a bad attitude. She even put us out the hotel to just give our room away so they can make more money, which is pretty sad. They put us out on a Friday. She just wanted to make more money for our room because she could charge double the amount. She made up false allegations. Sarah said she cannot accommodate me anymore because I was staying there too long. She lied and said I had an unexpected guest if that was the case she should have never reactivated his key when it was deactivated. She got loud with me over the phone and got very nasty. She slammed the phone down in my ear. I'm glad my boyfriend was there because we recorded the conversation. My boyfriend asked her for her last name so we can report her but she refused to give it to him. She threatened to call the police on my boyfriend and we just left because we didn't want any problems. Her behavior was uncalled for and unethical. Sarah mannerism and demeanor do not sit well with me. The manager Andre was very unprofessional. They were mad because I work from home and when I would tell them to tell the housekeeping to come at another time it was a problem. The Wi-Fi never worked and kept going in and out. When I left out I have a video footage of her giving me evil looks. I was so disappointed because I'm a member of Hilton and I expected so much more. When I stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Ocean Maryland I enjoyed my stay. However this hotel is the worst one and I do not recommend staying there. If you have to stay there a long time I would try to find somewhere else because they do not like long-term guess staying there. Sarah is known to put out long-term guess. A few days before we were forced to leave the property, she called the police and had a man put out with his dog. I mean what type of person does something like that? I'm in the process of dealing with this with corporate. If things are not fixed the correct way I am getting a lawyer that's how severe this situation is. You cannot treat all people the same. To avoid the headache it's best to pay top of the line for Hilton at the oceanfront. The Hilton on the oceanfront on 33rd Street...
Read more(NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!!!) Currently staying here for an extended stay as provided by our insurance since our home is inhabitable at the moment. Everything has been great up until I realized how unfriendly management has been about having children under the age of 5. Expressing there have been noise complaints from a guest below us and accusing our kids of running up and down hallways when we are in our room. It’s the middle of the day, not at night, not at 7pm-9am in the morning, but during the day 10am-6pm. They didn’t offer other options for us or the other guests im assuming. Our first warning didn’t even come from a manager but one of the other staff that management sent up, who had told us there were complaints expressed but management decided to ignore it. So now that the other people are more than upset because of something management didn’t try to solve, they decide to confront us after being here for almost a week? They then proceeded to basically tell us to keep our children off the floor and quiet to please the other people, as if we have a choice with no home to go to. I wish the staff would be more compassionate like we don’t live in a world full of children. And try to find a compromise instead of telling a stressed out struggling family to shut their children up during the ACTIVE day. From what I’ve experienced the Home2Suites Hilton does not HONOR FAMILIES and am incredibly saddened our experience turned sour. Would not recommend to any growing...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel for Spring break. It is not far from the boardwalk. I would say about a 20-30-minute drive depending on traffic. There is Waffle House nearby. Breakfast is included with your stay(eggs, toast, waffles, yogurt, potato wedges, variety of juice etc. ). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made sure that you were happy and if you need anything, they would provide it. The breakfast is open 6am-10am. I recommend getting there early. The indoor pool was cool too. The pool opens from 9am-10pm and was very clean. The rooms were spacious and had everything you need including coffee and tea options. You can also download the app to access your room key in case you lose it or forgot it. It’s very family friendly and kid friendly. I picked this hotel because it had electric charging stations, however if your car is not Tesla or if you don’t have the connector you won’t be able to charge. I found a EV Go charging station not too far from there near the Target about 12 mins away which was great. I would stay here again. The...
