We stayed for a week for an event we were attending/worked and the staff were friendly and helpful, the free breakfast had a decent selection of items to choose from, the pool and hot tub were clean and adults allowed 10:30pm-midnight for swim area which was nice! Room was clean and and staff were extremely helpful when we needed towels for the pool and to switch our towels halfway through our stay! Laundry room was affordable as we used that multiple times, 75 cents for wash and $1 to dry! Also had a table to fold clothes on as well as a sitting area! Also lots of items in the gift shop! Close to lots of food business and stores from KFC, McDonalds, Arby’s, Culver’s and near dollar store, Walmart, tractor supply, pretty much anything you could need you’ll find a store for nearby! No elevator which was a bummer being on the second floor and traveling with a lot of items, but we managed. Would love to see some hot breakfast like eggs and meat like some hotels, but other than that we had an overall great stay!

Conveniently located right off exit 212, off I-75, in West Branch. Nice hotel, clean, nice & friendly staff. Rooms are a good size, price was good. Cool little gift shop area in lobby. Breakfast was pretty good. Available was waffles, cereal, bread & muffins, coffee, juice, etc. Decent size parking lot, with a second lot for anyone driving an RV, towing trailers, campers, etc. Only downside was no elevator to second floor. Stairs aren't that bad, but if disabled or in a wheelchair, will want to ask for ground floor in reservation. Plenty of dining choices & gas stations within walking distance or short drive.

I stayed in the jacuzzi room and it was ok. The halls had a funny smell and the rm did too but after I turned the air on the smell in the rm went away. The night clerk was nice and she brought me an extra blanket when I asked. The day clerk was very nice and friendly. They have a small pool with a wheelchair lift to get in if your disabled. The bed was too high for someone disabled to get into without assistance but it looked very comfortable. I would only give this place about 3 and 1/2 stars .it was ok to stay if you just wanted a rm in the area. It felt safe and was certainly clean enough.

Great budget hotel stay! Got a standard room with 2 queens. Super clean compact room. There is a microwave and a mini fridge with a small freezer in each room. The window opened to a screen, which, for me, is a plus; I like fresh air. I will upgrade to a suite next time because I had to sit in the dark till the kids fell asleep. Lol.

The laundry room has the ice machine. The machines were super affordable and quick. They cleaned mud out of my kids' clothes without a problem.

They have a pool. The temperature was perfect. The shallow end is 3 ft deep. The deep end is 5. Hot hot tub. There is an ADA seat for each. No sauna.

With the exception of yogurt (all flavored, no plain) and peanut butter, the continental breakfast is all carbs. Waffles, muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereal, juice, and fruit. I was hoping for some hard-boiled eggs or cottage cheese, which would be a simple inclusion. They offer coffee, tea, and oatmeal throughout the day in the lobby, which doubles as a gift shop. The woman, Kathy, during the day, is a gem! So kind, it's refreshing.

My only other complaint, besides the breakfast (which is just a personal preference for a protein started day), is that there isn't an elevator. It's only 2 stories, but with 3 kids and a cooler full of stuff, it would have been awesome. But 🤷‍♀️, it's a Super 8, right?

Anyway, it was a really enjoyable stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recommend going to Irons Park right down the road if you have kids. I'll review that, too,...

My husband and I stayed this weekend Friday and Saturday night due to a medical emergency that occurred with one of our family members. I made a reservation prior and when I arrived I paid for the stay with my bank card. During the entire stay there was a marijuana smell throughout the hallways, the pool was over COVID capacity, my husband and I could not even enjoy the amenities. There was no refridgerator or microwave in the room and when we checked in they did not tell us that they offered continental breakfast through sacks in the morning. I found out they did offer these by watching other guest walking with them when we checked out. I did bring up the odor and children running through the halls to a security officer and was disregarded, stating they couldnt assist to where the odor was coming from. The facility was run down and dirty. When I got home I noticed two additional charges on top of the 179 that I already had paid adding another 179.00 dollars. I called them immediately and the receptionist couldnt explain why they charged the additional amount and stated they were placed to reverse the charges. It doesnt help me now and the funny part is I never authorized the additional charges that were taken out! I will not ever be staying here again and if you do I advise you to watch your charges! I will be working this out with my bank if they do not refund the money....I just wonder how many other people they do this too? Very...

I can only give this place 3 stars because I have to be fair due to the balance of the other reviews. It wasn’t that “bad”, check in was decent and quick. The room with Jacuzzi was pleasant, especially with the Pine 🌲 Tree 🌲 view from my room. My only inconvenience was a particular issue I had with a 2nd or 3rd shift young front desk clerk by the name of ‘Kayla’ or ‘Kathy’… Saturday night I paid my 3rd night stay for Sunday, 10 minutes later as I reached my room, she called me and told me that I MUST switch rooms because a frequent ‘regular’ customer had specifically requested the room I was staying in and mind you, I have been paying the price of the room. I hesitated and wasn’t very happy about it and tried to explain the inconvenience of the switch, the young front desk clerk was not “rude” but did treat me as if I were having a “child tantrum” and proceeded to treat the situation as if I were a “Karen”… that made me feel very ashamed. I speak ONLY for myself and this was MY experience. I’m sure it’s not like this often. As a customer service representative, you cannot give precedence of seniority to someone else because they are a “regular”…. My money also contributes to their weekly paychecks and it’s only fair to always find a solution to keep both customers satisfied and equally respectful, which is a quality that was not executed successfully. Reason for...
