0 Stars should be an option. We were poorly treated at this hotel, they made false accusations towards me and my guest and now are trying to charge me a cleaning fee after the manager Scott begged me to stay and that it was normal hotel policy to call all the rooms when accusations are made and assured me that he stood right next to Mari when she made the calls to the entire wing of hotel, but the guest across hall never received call as I asked her while we were all standing in hallway with my room door open of which Mari came in my room, Scott stood right outside both making the statement they don't smell anything and that we were more than welcome to stay. All occurring after we went too get Scott the G.M which is the funniest thing that we had to go back to the conference room we were in to watch the piano show to get him as he was the one who seated me and all the other 200 guests that were being seated and still being seated while these false accusations were made. He then stated he could refund me the room rate but not the show money we were welcome to stay, He didn't want us to loose the $60 it cost us for the show, we were not kicked out, we chose to leave as my guests 13 year old daughter did not feel comfortable staying in the room as the front desk clerk Mari knew she was in there alone and had called asking if her parents were in room, she said no and Mari proceeded to make false accusations toward her parents. Mari knew when I checked in that she would be there alone, even made note of her name and age as to give her a key in the event she locked herself out of our room. She should have never carried on a conversation about anything with a 13 year old after she stated her parents were not there. Now they are stating they had to have the room professionally cleaned at the tune of $500.00 but will graciously pass it on to me for $150.00. The room was 101. Please if anyone stays there request this room as it should be the cleanest room in the whole place. Please post your reviews if you stay in this room. just curious how clean...
Read moreWe are locals, stay frequently, many birthday parties and other parties happen in the atrium/pool area all the time. Last month we stayed poolside a d the room next to us hosted a kids party with about a dozen little one and their parents. No bother to us. So we decided to rent a poolside room for our Granddaughters 1st birthday, 2 nights, so we could set up early on Sunday. Saturday we check in, and the atrium q.d pool are Filled with at least 1 birthday party, we couldn't even use the pool until 9:30 because there was So many kids from the Party. Sunday , we start setting up around 1:30, many employees seen us bringing in balloons, cupcakes, presents amd setting up for her party which included 12 adults and 2 children in the atrium, they waited until about 3pm when we were just about to do the cake and presents and manager came in and was Very Rude, told us anyone that didn't have a room had 5 to 10 min to get out. I proceeded to ask her about the parties that happened last month amd the night before. She said they rented the banquet room. So I offered to pay for the banquet room and move everyone in there to finish. As No One was Swimming anyways!! She was very snotty and told me the room has to be booked 48 hours in advance, told me again we had 10 min to pack everything up, a d stormed off. Trying to be civil, I went to the front desk to Again request to rent Banquet room, like I seriously would have paid $200 just to use it for an Hour to finish the party! She was Very Rude, said No and her next call would be the sheriff's dept, even tho,, no one was Rude to her,, no one used foul language. If it was Her family or Friend hosting a birthday, or even having extra guests come visit, it would be okay.. So we packed up, and my grandbabys 1st Birthday was ruined. I will forever remember this. And Will Never stay at Quality Inn Again. Any other hotel I have ever ever stayed at, and we stay at many, didn't throw guests out that were just there to visit family/friends. The manager on duty...
Read moreWorst customer service with zero hospitality from management/security. Arrived late on Friday around 12:30am to people sitting at a table, just feet away from our sliding glass door, until after 2:30am, with others arriving at 7am to wake us. TV didn’t work, and nobody could assist, after several requests both Friday & Saturday. After returning from a wedding around 11pm Saturday, we sat at THAT table, while others were gathered at 3 other tables. We were asked to “return to our room”, with no explanation as to why, other than that “area is closed”. When asked about the hours, there was no justification, as clearly that wasn’t enforced the night before. We continued to sit at the table, not bothering anyone, when Officer Clark (PD) arrived and asked us, and other people we didn’t know, to “return to our rooms”! We did so with the sliding glass door open, as our AC didn’t work either (still, after a maintenance request upon arrival on Friday). The “Manager”/Security (tall, heavy man) sat at the table, feet from our sliding glass door, glaring in…he told us we had to shut our door or he would call PD again. I asked to have our AC fixed then. Moments later, PD (Officer Clark) returned and evicted us, telling me I would be arrested for trespassing if I returned. We had minutes to pack up, to be left in the freezing cold on the bench out front for 2 hours, as he wouldn’t allow us to sit in our car, being that we had admitted to a few drinks at the wedding. With No Ubers/Lyft in the area, and the “Manager” telling Super 8 not to rent to us, we were stranded from out of state, freezing on a bench until almost 3am. After a man offered his room for us and begged the Manager to not be cruel, they allowed us to his room…but not ours?!?! I will be certain to share this review with all, as well as file a complaint upward and onward! Hire mature, trained professionals with the understanding of hospitality and get your hotel in...
