During my "inspection" of this Old Navy store, I felt more and more tempted to give this place a poor score. The question is, why?
Upon walking in one day while my mother and me were doing some shopping, I noticed just how run down and seemingly dirty some parts of the store looked. There was dust on some parts of display structures which had not been cleaned, the concrete floor looked ugly and patched, the exposed HVAC systems on the ceiling (some of which had rust in it) did not feel complimentary to the rest of the store, and one of the door handles on a fitting room door was very loose.
In contrast to the disappointing appearance, the clothing and related accessories sold here have some character and pizazz to them, and I enjoyed seeing them neatly arranged. As for customer service, that, to, has character in the form of friendliness. These are probably the only two things that manage to keep this...
Read moreNeeded some new light weight cloths to try and beat the heat. Didn't find everything we wanted, but it's to be expected since the country/world was shut down for bit. But I did a few things. I'm happy with the items and service. And I wasn't hassled about not wearing a mask. I don't own one, I won't wear one, and besides, I'm immune to BS. There are just some things I won't do... You won't catch me kneeling to any man, woman, or child. I'll only kneel before my creator. I refuse to practice social sheeping., And will not be manipulated by the main stream media.
