Silvey's Motel — Hotel in West Sacramento

Well I was renting from Sylvie's Motel for the past 15 years on and off it used to be very friendly it seems they're only friendly when they first meet someone lots of the hotels around here are like that so I brought many people friends and family to rent from their Motel only for them to turn around and tell me I'm banned from them because my children lost a towel and damaged a pillowcase I offered them money I offered to get them more they told me no just don't come back ever they even slandered my name in front of people that have tried to help me and that hurt really bad I know people in the motel who have had police come broken TVs broken electronics stolen things yet they're allowed to come back so I just don't see why they're punishing me and my children so bad however I no longer want to rent from them anyways they're infested with bugs and they're rude and who...

This Motel is probably the best Motel on West Capitol it is always extremely clean the woman that runs it is always very polite and understanding there has been a couple of times I had to check in extremely early or really late she always gives fair prices best deals and also the rooms were just remodeled and they all look great and the only thing she's extremely strict about is illegal activities going on at or in her Motel this motels very family oriented and I would highly recommend this Motel for you and your family when you're on a strict budget it's very affordable in the office...

Black mold in rooms and they "fix" that but having a homeless stay in the room whom gets high by slamming dope cut the obviously noticeable mole and putting new wall piece up. No attempts to deal with the mold it's self. Will not refund money when mold is noticed and will not tell next renter the mold risk.
