This is the second time I stop here. Resident of East Norriton for 40 years. The first time the shredded beef looked so bad I walked out.. The other meats were not that easy on the eyes either...Today I walked in and The shift leader.. 10/3/2021 5:40 pm.. Kind of greeted me and changed his glovea.. The meats looked the same as last time.. I tried the best looking which was the brisket.. He slightly heated the tortillas.. and slapped the meat on.. This was a take out.. I thought maybe He would heat them up better to last until I got Home.. But what really bothered me was that Two white females ..Mom and daughter were ready to order and He abruptly told them to move back as He was going to let the Black girl behind them order first.. The Black girl was very polite and rejected the offer.. Said She had a large order and would have taken long.. The Shift leader made an excuse that they had called.. lie!!! She had the list of orders in her hand and had to give him the orders yet... Horrible customer service!! The other two kids with Him looked at Him in disbelief.. Nice kids..I left a good tip for them.. The tacos were decent.. But the repeat gas from both ends would make a skunk run... Never again... Is this Chipotles way?! I never had an issue with the other ones in the area.. Talk to that shift leader.. watch...
Read moreI eat Chipotle on a weekly basis. I feel lucky to have 4 locations nearby and I have been to numerous locations in other cities. I have been to the Blue Bell location three times and after today never again. The first two times, the food was just ok (very weird with the portion sizes, e.g. barely a handful of lettuce in my salad bowl but a giant scoop that was easily 1 cup’s worth of sour cream) and the restaurant was FILTHY. Most recently, I came in for lunch and a bunch of the food hadn’t been set up yet so the options were a bit limited. Then when I went to get my drink, there was no ice. Next, I discovered the soda machine nozzles weren’t in yet after I was showered with Diet Coke. All four of the employees behind the counter looked up, saw this happen, and did nothing. My brother and I were the only people in the restaurant so it’s not like there were other customers who needed to be helped at that moment. After I wiped down the soda area, I went to get utensils. All of the cups were stuffed with spoons, no forks or knives. I asked for a knife, and an employee handed me a one holding the blade part so I got a knife with greasy fingerprints all over it. *Eventually an employee did come over and put in the soda nozzles, so...
Read moreI’d like to share something quite personal but I feel is necessary. Today I lacerated my hand at work at Blue Bell #chipotle in Center Square due to no access the required cut gloves our restaurant is supposed to have. I was instructed to cut unripened avocados (making handling much more difficult) despite there being no cut gloves. After my hand was cut, I went to the first aid kit to find no band aids, or anything for that matter, it was quite literally empty. My floor manager completely ignored any of my requests to seek medical attention and made me finish my shift, handling food with a laceration with no band aid. After 3 unanswered calls and several texts of pictures my GM and floor manager had no apologies or sympathy, only to respond 5 hours later after I admitted myself to the ER to get stitches complaining I was a distraction from their personal lives. I’d ask anyone who sees this to take consideration for the people in the underpaid service industries, trying to make ends meet to support themselves into financial independence transitions and be courteous because I know I’m not alone....
