Yarmouth House of Pizza — Restaurant in Yarmouth

I wasn't going to leave a review because I don't like bashing businesses. I ordered 3 items from Yarmouth House of Pizza The hamburger was disgusting. The party was very dry and so large I couldn't eat it by hand. the lettuce was very mushy the sweet potato fries were mushy they were falling apart I think they microwaved the fries. fried dough was hard dry and dense not what one would call a fried dough, it also came with marmalade? like what? Haha They also up charged me for every item, found that out when food was delivered.when I called to ask about the price. they told me they are the old prices. I asked the to update because I'm sure Im not the only person who was shocked by the prices the man told me I couldn't have knows the prices because their website is down . instead of paying 17 (before delivery fee) it was 2. I wasn't asking for them to bend over backwards for me. Just wanted them to understand what I was trying to say maybe it was the launguege barrier or if they just didn't care. But I was so disgusted by the food and the service I will not be going there again. I hope others have had better experience at Yarmouth...

Terrible pizza and Italian combo. Dry weird tasteless crust on the pizza, pale tasteless sandwich-sliced tomatoes atop “Larry’s Special” that was the most boring flavorless pie I have had on Cape Cod. The pizza menu makes Larry’s Special sound like it is artisan, but this pie was totally generic and lacked flavor and quality ingredients, it was just weak. Ate one slice and it made me angry. The Italian combo came in the form of a wrapped flour tortilla... [insert expletive] HELLO, THAT IS NOT ITALIAN and it also seriously lacked quality cold cut ingredients with no love for the art of beautiful sandwich-making. The provolone cheese was just sad and they totally missed key classic Italian combo ingredients...AND there was no dressing, which makes sense because you can’t properly dress an Italian combo that’s confused and wearing a straight-jacket as bread. The sandwich menu said all sandwiches are automatically toasted, so this wannabe Italian combo had me ranting and shaking my head for about half an hour. I am an Italian New Yorker living on Cape Cod. WHY, OH, WHY do these local pizza joints keep torturing...

Big shout out to Ivan and his team for providing me a 10 star experience!! I had order food and had been late to pick up the food. Ivan highly insisted he remake the food for me so it’s nice hot and fresh!! I have never experienced such care and passion and customer service where I had someone GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to provide me such excellent service!! I had order a bbq chicken pizza and chicken tenders and fries for my daughter and let me tell you that food Ivan and his team made was A+!! Such good delicious food with a good mix (not to heavy or salty) seasoning and was extremely delicious. That experience alone with Ivan helping me out tonight really made my night and will definitely be returning to help support local business !! Not to mention as well they have fresh made dessert (blueberry cheesecake, a chocolate cake and teramisu) good prices and good food and EXCELLENT customer service. I can’t thank you enough Ivan and everyone in the kitchen to make this experience so...
