Bad behavior. They asked us to wait while checking out as they wanted to check the room. I have stayed in 3 other cities hotels in Uzbekistan and this is the only place i experienced this. After checking they asked for extra 100000 som stating that a towel was dirty. They said the stain is permanent and it won’t go on washing to which I disagreed. To prove my point they made me go back to my room and wash the towel. Even after i showed them the stain in washable they took the money from my tour agent who paid because he didn’t want to make a problem. The rooms didn’t have a proper window and the toilets locks were not working but we didn’t complain as it was manageable. But we couldn’t stand this behavior of their reception staff and some manager. I can see in the reviews similar things happened before...

But the next day we asked to change a room with windows facing the street, the girl at the reception was very nice (I can’t remember her name), she immediately changed our room!
