Hayati Hotel — Hotel in Samarkand City

The hotel is well located, close to the main attractions. The room itself was good, with AC and 3 beds. When I arrived I had no towels and had to wait 2 hours (around 22pm) to receive them in my room. The main problem was the bathroom, even tho the shower and the water pressure was good, that was super small and with no door to the shower, letting the bathroom completely wet. Breakfast was ok too. The guy at the reception was kind and helped us to other a taxi when we left. The cleaning service was bad, as we had to ask to clean after the 2nd night and when we came back to the hotel it was the still dirty, so we had to ask again during the dinner time. The main reason was to clean the bathroom and they barely cleaned the floor. We stayed without toilet paper and when they replaced it, it was almost in the end too. The mood at the hotel is not nice and we didn't enjoy it. Besides that, I arrived earlier than my friend and ordered their transfer service to pick her up. When she arrived at the airport, the driver was not there. She finally found someone to help her, the driver (which was the owner of the hotel) came to pick her up and said he was there, but she wasn't ( probably the flight haven't arrived yet ????? ). He charged her more than they agreed with me at the hotel. AND starting to say compliments to here. Considering she was alone, at 4am, in a taxi, it really didn't feel appropriated. I truly think there are much more interesting and better options...

Мы останавливались в Hayati Hotel в июле 2024 года. Были очень приятно удивлены новизной отеля, красивой постройкой и отделкой внутреннего дворика, а также чистотой номеров. Гостеприимство - это главная особенность этого места. Нас встретил сам хозяин Hayati Hotel. Очень приятный молодой человек, который заботливо угостил нас вкусностями и охотно отвечал на наши вопросы: "Куда сходить?", "Что посмотреть?", "Где вкусно покушать?". Отдельное ему спасибо за то, что открыл для нас место с лучшим шашлыком в Самарканде: кафе "Xasan" по адресу ул. Ходжи Ахрора Вали, 1. Советуем от души!

Расположение Hayati Hotel - отличное: недалеко от ж/д вокзала, недалеко от аэропорта, рядом с главными достопримечательностями Самарканда 👍🏻 Спасибо этому месту! В такие места хочется всегда возвращаться!

We stayed at Hayati Hotel in July 2024. We were very pleasantly surprised by the newness of the hotel, the beautiful construction and decoration of the courtyard, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. Hospitality is the main feature of this place. We were met by the owner of Hayati Hotel himself. A very nice young man who thoughtfully treated us to delicious food and willingly answered our questions: "Where to go?", "What to see?", "Where to eat deliciously?" Special thanks to him for opening for us a place with the best shashlik in Samarkand: cafe "Xasan" at the address ul. Khodji Akhror Vali, 1. We recommend it with all our hearts!

The location of Hayati Hotel is excellent: close to the railway station, close to the airport, close to the main attractions of Samarkand 👍🏻 Thanks to this place! You always want to come back to...
