Jumanji — Restaurant in Tashkent

As the name of the restaurant sounds, the restaurant on the inside is as much of a thrill. It is decorated with fresh plants and flowers giving it much like a forest theme. I happened to visit this place a few days back with a group of people and I fell in awe with it. They serve the best chinese food in the city. I had vegetarian noodle soup it was delicious with a little hint of spice to it. For the starters, we had tofu chilli it was mouth-watering. We had noodles with veggies and pilau rice as the main course served along with cold beverages on the side. It was amazing at taste and stomach-filling. For the dessert, we had vanilla ice-cream served with mint leaves. It was creamy and one of the outstanding ice-creams I have tasted. The waiters greeted us all the time with an appealing smile and gave us a good service inspite of the big group. The restaurant has beautiful cutlery in which they serve food. The restrooms also are clean and fragrant. I would highly recommend this place...

Was extremely disappointed with the food as well as the service. There are 3 items to a successful restaurant, food, service and atmosphere. Well they have the atmosphere down. The food and service, not so good. I ordered Fajitas. Waitress was not friendly. She did not even try to explain to me what kind of meat they usually put in ( chicken, ground beef or steak) The waiter, did not seem to be bothered that we were not getting the experience expected with this type of restaurant. She had the audacity to inform us that 20% service/gratuity was already included and pointed out that we could add more. I guess she was more concerned with her tip vs our experience....

We've been trying out various restaurants for dinner this last few days, and decided to try Jumanji today. The first step inside itself was a clear indication that this place was exceptional! Beautifully laid out tables, a cozy interior, welcoming staff, the overall ambiance was amazing. To top it off, the menu that they placed on the table was very heavy, both in weight as well as in quality and quantity. I was stunned by the variety of dishes that they provided. We tried five of them, and each one was better than the other. The place is a little bit pricey but worth the money...
