Fusion Suites Da Nang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I am a big fan of the Fusion chain and have been a loyal customer to their brand since the beginning until now. They are truly consistent in delivering a certain level of quality service each and every time therefore this time, my mixed experience was a bit of a let down for me as I expected it to be just as great as the times I’ve had before.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is situated across the street from the beach, and it is one of the few hotels on the strip in this area that has its pool right on the beach with a friendly service of their staff offering to walk you across the street safely.

One of the big things that bothered me is that although gym is modestly equipped, I have a tendency to workout early morning but they don’t leave you any water or towel in the gym. There are no staff around to assist with providing water or a clean towel and you have to call them or notify them somehow to bring it out. When i made a suggestion to provide water in the gym, they said that I should call before going to the gym to let them know so that they will bring me what I need. I don’t think having a jug of water and paper cups cost that much, and seems more environmentally friendly than giving guests plastic water bottles each time they ask…

My experience at the spa, the 60 minute full body “reflexology” was one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. The masseuse was inexperienced, and it was the first massage I’ve had where I wish it would just end because it was so uncomfortable. The room was brightly lit and sterile, it didn’t feel relaxing and there was no music playing or any aromatherapy. Was it end of the day so they just got lazy? There was very little technique used and most of the time my masseuse was just pushing my skin around. When I told her to move onto another place, she didnt ask me where I had aches and when I told her where to press, she would massage at the same place until I told her to stop and move on…it felt like she had no clue what she was doing. Not to mention, she did something on my foot that now when I walk, i feel pins and needles in my left foot.

The reception staff is welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is very well done and room service is good, western food isnt as great as the vietnamese food (don’t order the croque monsieur, it isnt great).

The room has a bit of wear and tear but the view is incredible. I still enjoyed my time but overall it wasn’t as great compared to my other experiences with Fusion and could use some improvements...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fusion Suites Danang Beach and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The facilities at this hotel were well-equipped. The rooms were beautifully designed and clean, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style (view 2 videos in the attachment). The gym was a bit small but well-equipped and offered a variety of workout options, while the yoga classes provided a peaceful and rejuvenating experience (opened whenever there are 5 prior registered slots and above).

The breakfast buffet was stand-out. The spread was extensive and the food was delicious, catering to a variety of tastes. Starting the day with such a satisfying meal was the perfect way to fuel up for the adventures ahead.

Additionally, the location of Fusion Suites Danang Beach was absolutely unbeatable. With its ocean view for sunrise, I was able to start each day with a breathtaking display of nature's beauty. And being just 50 meters away from the beach was perfect for me. It allowed me to easily access the pristine sandy shore and enjoy the calming sound of the waves in the early morning. Just wake up and make some steps or event lay in the comfortable bed, I can fully enjoy the moment of sunrise.

What's even more impressive is the reasonable price that Fusion Suites Danang Beach offers. Paying only VND 2,050,000 for a family of 2 parents and 2 children was truly a great value. It allowed us to enjoy a luxurious stay without breaking the bank.

Overall, my experience at Fusion Suites Danang Beach was exceptional. The combination of excellent facilities, breathtaking location, and affordable price made it a truly unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable...

What a great surprise! First, the pick up from airport was wonderful, on a luxurious leather sits ban. When we arrived to the hotel, I could already notice the beach in front of us, like it never end. The recepcion and check in was smooth, with the usual tea as we wait for the rooms be delivered. They explained about all the free classes (yoga, tai chi, etc) and show us the swimming pool just on the beach side.

Rooms are very clean, with huge windows from floor to top and comfortable beds. Also, some free water and fruit was waiting for us on the room. Great in room menu, and also some teas and coffee "make it yourself". Laundry price is reasonable.

Spa is wonderful, in particular for couples has to be an experience, really quiet rooms with a healthy relaxing massage!

Bathroom is modern, nice and have plenty towels, and have their own special soap.

I totally recommend the rooftop, super relaxing place with a nice restaurant - bar, and good views (it's a 23 floor rooftop, quite good for Vietnam standard)

They have a bus / transport system to visit interesting places but I could not use it.

To conclude, they way I'll describe this hotel is this; It is as going to Formentera (Spain): have the right amount of healthy, quiet place, good food and long walks on the beach, enjoyable experience...
