Hava Hotel Da Nang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Booked this hotel for my stay in Da Nang in October, ||The issues started with them forgetting to collect us from the airport, so we were left waiting around for them for nearly 45 minutes, when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted very professionally, however they wanted to keep our passports during our stay or pay uprfront ( I paid upfront and kept my passport)which is something that we had not had to do in any other hotel anywhere else during our tour of Vietnam, it seemed very strange, ||Once we got to the room there was a very obvious strong smell that wasn’t pleasant, ||The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the plaster was peeling of the walls and the view was straight in to a locals kitchen. ||||We were booked in her for 3 days, but didn’t even stay 3 hours, ||||There are so many fantastically priced hotels in da nang, you can do so much better for your money.||||The official rating for this hotel, which is displayed in their reception is actually 1 Star, and that is what you...

I would not recommended this hotel to anyone. Probably the worst hotel i have been. ||Room was quite good with AC, vith view to a city and a little to the sea. Also was close to the beach.||But everything else was bad. Even receptionist did not talk in english at all. Only native. We did not understood each other, they did not show map or even did not tell where to go to eat or what to see in this city compearing to others then you first come to new hotel.||But the worst was the breakfast. They send us to another place, nearby the hotel, we had to order meal in the evening, before the next day. And did not get what we ordered. Even tea or coffee, or fresh fruits.||Oh and we have been 2019 june 6-8 and every morning and evening small kids were shouting like crazy. We could not even go normally to sleep and relax...

Honest, Warm welcoming hotel. I think this hotel is quite popular among the Asian and Western tourists. The receptionist speaks excellent english so that we had no problem with communication. The breakfast was good, authentic, delicious. I don't know any other hotels in Danang however I was very happy to find this hotel for my first visit. The hotel is located 5 km from the marble mountain, 4 km from the Han market(city center). So I had to take a taxi many time during the stay, however it was only 2~3usd for each time. The hotel is located about 500m from the closest beach. You can easily walk to get there. Many cool places for foods drinks etc.. are near this area as well. We had a real good rest, relaxing time here....
