⭐⭐ 2/5 – Great Location but Poor Management and Checkout Experience
The hotel is located close to the beach — just a short walk away — and the breakfast had good vegetarian options, which was a plus for us.
However, nearby restaurant choices are limited, and you’ll need to walk around 600–700 meters for better dining options.
The main disappointment was during checkout. It genuinely felt like the hotel looks for ways to add extra charges to guests. Another customer checking out alongside us had a similar issue.
We stayed in Room 501. The bathroom setup was very poor — water from the bathtub area would flood the entire floor because of a bad design. I had to use the towels to soak up the water and move around safely without slipping. Despite explaining this clearly, the hotel still charged me 15,000 VND for laundry of the towel. The money wasn’t the issue — the unfair reasoning was.
To make things worse, the room phone didn’t work throughout our stay. Even after informing the staff, it was never fixed. We had to walk from the 5th floor to reception each time we needed to report an issue.
When I mentioned all this during checkout, the management just said we “should have informed earlier,” which felt inconsiderate and dismissive.
Overall, while the location and breakfast are decent, the management’s attitude, poor bathroom design, and unnecessary charges made the stay...

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. While the staff themselves were friendly and helpful, it was clear they were under instructions to find ways to charge for extras, which felt a bit exploitative and left a negative impression.
The condition of the facilities, especially the bathroom, was below standard. The faucets were in poor shape and there was consistent water clogging every time I used the shower, which made it uncomfortable and unhygienic. The air conditioning also gave trouble throughout my stay—it would stop working frequently and required maintenance intervention multiple times.
One of the more disappointing aspects was the impression that the hotel prioritizes guests from Western countries, while others may not receive the same level of attention or care. Hospitality should be consistent and inclusive, and sadly, that wasn't my experience here.
With better maintenance and a more equitable approach to service, this hotel could improve significantly. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it to...
