Jim's House — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I didn’t expect much but my staying with this little cute hotel is quite nice and decent! The room is pretty clean and has some little details that I appreciated! They even have a mini fridge and full body mirror with light on! The location is super as it is located in an alley with all local eateries. It is also walk-able distance to Han River Bank and Dragon Bridge! The receptionists (two young local guys) are pretty friendly, cute and helpful. They allowed me to check in early and assisted me with renting a bike. I think the only two not so good points that I hope they can improve are maybe changing the bed sheet and pillow covers, I don’t think they are comfortable. 11/6/24 is my 1st day checking in to Jim’s hotel(Family room,and we totally booked 3room ,2normal room,1 family room)on the 1st day ,I already felt aircon is not cooling,at night ,went to counter and get a fan 2nd morning feedback to counter,they told me will arrange someone come have a look,2nd night felt not cold too, With no other option, we went borrow fan again,3nd day before I went out,I already informed the staff,I request change room, But I waited from morning till night, and they didn't give me an answer, When his staff came up to check, she also said that the air-conditioning was not cold, but he was unable to make any response. My 4-night stay at Jim's House was superb. The rates were very reasonable, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were comfortably stylish and well-appointed. The cute rooftop garden was a serene spot for both day and night relaxation. Late model motorbikes were available for rent at very reasonable prices. Jim also provided an information sheet detailing many popular places to eat and enjoy the nightlife, which was incredibly helpful. With the added bonus of a massage service and its proximity to the city center, I highly recommend this place for its comfort, convenience, and value.
