EDIT: While we loved the first few days of our stay at MiAn, the last few days will prevent us from staying again.
The younger members of front desk staff were so kind and attentive, welcoming and helpful! Unfortunately, the more senior managers had a bad attitude, tried to double-charge us for our stay, accused us of stealing a coffee mug, and spoke really zero English but never used a translator app to help communicate with us.
The biggest problem was extreme construction noise (honestly unbearable) rendering the room useless from 7am-4pm without any prior warning most of the days in the second half of our stay. Poor unclear communication from staff, and a 7am concrete driller one level above our heads? No thank you.
There were also serious cleanliness issues with our towels and sheets almost every single day. Gross stains, smelling of mildew, etc.
If the use of translator devices is embraced, the senior female manager is re-trained or replaced, and housekeeping improves the cleanliness of the linens, it would be a genuinely fantastic stay.
Location is a 5-10 minute walk to different beaches, 15-20 min walk to any restaurant or cafe we wanted to go in Da Nang including trendy My An area.
Great value, super comfortable bed, clean. Excellent for remote workers, with great wifi (90mbps very stable) and a genuinely comfortable desk & chair.
The rooftop pool is a great perk with a nice view! Sad that we couldn't enjoy it due to...
Read moreMi An Hotel is an absolute gem and truly stands out from other hotels I’ve stayed at during my ongoing 3-year trip through Southeast Asia.
The rooms are genuinely soundproof, offering complete peace and quiet—something that’s hard to find in many places. Everything is top-notch, from the high-quality, brand-new facilities to the 4K HDR TVs and perfectly functioning showers. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully thought out to provide an exceptional experience.
The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and warm-hearted. Special thanks to Liiên, Hồng, and Bay for going above and beyond. Liiên, the manager, personally showed me all the facilities and shared her vision for the hotel—it’s refreshing to see such passion and dedication, and it truly makes the place different.
The amenities are fantastic: you’re treated to cookies, instant soup, coffee, and access to a free water dispenser, which is a thoughtful touch.
All in all, my stay was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. Mi An Hotel is hands down one of the best—if not the best—hotels I’ve experienced during my travels. Highly recommend it to anyone...

The bathroom is clean, with a toilet and a bidet, 2 kinds of showers are also available. Amenities are provided for your convenience such as a toothbrush, a razor, and bottled water, a blower, and a kettle.
Bonus! The pool on the rooftop is available.
Location is great middle between the airport, shopping malls, the Lady Buddha, My Khe Beach, and other restaurants available.
The area is quiet (in my room at least), however, the soundproofing inside is not that good. You can hear if someone is walking, talking and even opening the door.
The front desk is approachable and can help you with basic needs, communication is quite hard since there English is limited.
Over all it was...
